Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Proctor, Tatyana Simmonds, and Jasmine Grayson.
Loose Lips Podcast started one year ago when one of our hosts brought forth the idea after being inspired by a media maven’s radio interview. Ashley, Jasmine, and Tati then went on to produce a show that encompasses the relatable woes of growing pains in your 20s and the delightful tales of sexuality as a millennial. We do our best to navigate with compassion but we face the criticism our rawness may provoke with fearlessness because we set out to tell the truth and tell our truth.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
As content creators, of course, we face many challenges. What many of our listeners and followers do not know is we live in two different cities which requires us to record remotely. Our communication has to be on point since we’re not local to one another. Creative differences and opinions have been a struggle. We are women with very different perspectives, rather that be on our favorite reality show or discussing thought-provoking topics such as mental illness, we often express our polarity with passion. With opposition sometimes comes confrontation and we’re real enough to admit to that! But, we are all dedicated to this exciting creative outlet so with time came understanding. We are currently thriving as a team, and hold ourselves accountable rather that may be compromising on creative differences or agreeing to try new things… together!
Loose Lips Podcast does everything in-house. Flyers, audio editing, social media management, etc. This can be a challenge because we are all college educated women with full-time jobs. Balancing a social-life, love-life, our sanity, and Loose Lips is hard, but we’re superwomen and we find a way.

Loose Lips Podcast features three twenty-something girlfriends delivering their bold, controversial opinions and relatable conversation from their lips to your ears. What sets us apart from others? Our passion and honesty. We feel like we have been trendsetters amongst friendly groups. Our diverse content includes much more than just pop culture. We are most proud of our open-mindedness and willingness to be educated and informed by our guests on topics we don’t know much about.
