Today we’d like to introduce you to Ale Padilla.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Ale. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
First and foremost, my full-time job is being a mom to a precious little munchkin named Hayes! He is my pride and joy and my reason for being. I also happen to tend to 20 other little 5-year-olds every day as a kindergarten teacher! Even with having those two important roles in my life, I’ve always had a passion for makeup.
Ever since I was little, I was fascinated with being creative. I used to love watching my sister and older cousins apply their makeup and do these bold colors to match their outfits, it was epic. As I got older, I started getting more and more into makeup and started practicing different Halloween looks, more eyeshadow, different foundation and of course discovered the world of YouTube.
Watching tutorials became an obsession and I learned so much, I knew I wanted to gain more knowledge. My face was my canvas and I loved how I was able to create it into this masterpiece. People started asking how I do this and that and I started booking clients. I even booked my first wedding party and did 8 girls by myself while being seven months pregnant! I decided to start a beauty Instagram and was able to share their lovely faces. The feeling of them looking in the mirror and feeling so great about themselves, confident and happy, is such an amazing feeling knowing you did that. I hope to eventually start a channel and show my skills and share my love for it as well.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I think the difficult part is just trying to balance everything and trying to focus on what I need to do to give it my all. Because I have these other roles and priorities where people need me, it’s a challenge balancing it and giving every area a priority because they’re all my passions and I want to show the best version I can be.

BeautyxAle is where I can show my skills and share tips and knowledge that I have learned along the way. It’s all up and running from my home or car when I need to travel, but I get it done. I hope I’m able to continue to do this and grow from there.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I’d like to be able to show more content of the glams I do on myself and others! Sometimes you don’t always get to capture every detail and precision it takes to get the full glam look, but definitely building up more content to share with others.
