Meet Becca Niederkrom of Bluebonnet Marketing in Plano

Today we’d like to introduce you to Becca Niederkrom.

Becca, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
As I mentioned, the road to owning your business is never a straight line. It really started out as a desire to quit high stress job and be of more value to people in the technology field instead of wasting time in corporate games and paperwork. As I began my business journey, I started with a very small game in mind, very transactional with end users. Because it was more transactional, I still ran into frustrations not being able to help individuals and businesses with their goals. When I chose to follow the data, because we are now living in this data-driven culture, I was able to have a more consistent cash flow for my business (to keep me in business) while massively serving my clients. Now, I spend each day getting companies leads through Facebook Ads. The Facebook Ads platform is a powerful tool that can help a business go from 0 to 60. From helping a chiropractor get 22 new leads in 1 week, a lawyer adding 9 new clients in 2 weeks, a gym adding 109 members in 1 month or the excitement of a lash studio who had a grand opening with sales in hand an increase of 38% in sales quickly. Or a car dealership that closed 6 new car loans in 6 weeks.

I recently watched a news story about Adidas who’s CMO has planned to cut all traditional print and TV ads to switch over to online advertising and because of this grow from 1 billion to 4 billion. The ability to be part of a business who can cut out the community relations where they spend time spinning their wheels at Chamber and networking meetings or static ads in the local paper is exciting for myself and my clients. At the end of the day my agency helps businesses go big and ultimately stay in business. And as Frank Kern states, you don’t have a business until you know the cost of your leads.

So, to get back to how I started . . . I started. The road was not laid out for me so I handled the bumps and bruises and the best I could and continue to put one foot in front of the other. But my intent has remained to serve other businesses and help them make more money (and then even more money!) And running Facebook Ads for other passionate business owners is where I landed and so rewarding.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I always say the road to success is never a straight line. There is lots of zigging and zagging with all sort of curve balls thrown your way.

Some of my struggles included financial challenges as I had clients who would no show or not pay invoices, hiring challenges, mindset challenges (not only did I doubt myself but the people closest to me were also expressing their doubt and anxiety) and lots of other hiccups along the way. With each “burn”, I came up with new policies and new procedures. I could either get upset, which I would in the short term or make a plan for the long term to not encounter this issue again.

Please tell us about Bluebonnet Marketing.
I get businesses quality leads every day through Facebook Ads

My Facebook Ads Agency specializes in growing businesses. Facebook Ads clients have seen massive leaps in their sales volume while decreasing their cost per sale from using the data that Facebook provides. By fully managing and optimizing your Facebook account on an ongoing basis, we can unlock the unlimited potential of this platform. Facebook has more than 1.59 billion users worldwide that’s the equivalent of 12 Super Bowl Audiences every day, Facebook has created a tremendous opportunity for any businesses to reach their audiences and deliver resonating messages.

It’s amazing to help business owners who are new to Facebook, but super serious about growing their business quickly. Together we will cut out the clutter and the “busy marketing” of everything else these businesses are trying to do and get laser focused and make more money.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I would have spent more time surveying my audience and the field to get laser focus on what they wanted rather than assume what clients needed. Follow the data always, right? I would have also outsourced my weaknesses sooner, really taken that big leap of faith to stay focused on my strengths.
