Meet Benny Tristan of Technique Painting and Remodeling in North Dallas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Benny Tristan.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Benny. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
My father was a home remodel contractor and I was always interested in the type of projects he was involved in. I remember the day he first passed me my first paint brush and asked me to paint our front door. Even though it didn’t come out very well, I sure enjoyed it. After he noticed my interest, he began involving me more into his projects. I would watch him work and I learned through the visual/hands-on training that he offered me.

10 years later, after hard work and persistence, Technique Painting and Remodeling was Born. In 2002, we began with the idea of providing the community with the highest quality of work. After completing many projects in the Dallas area, we decided to branch out further into its surrounding communities.

Has it been a smooth road?
We can all agree that the road to success isn’t always an easy and smooth road. And it definitely wasn’t for TPR. One of the biggest struggles we had was getting started. We were going into the unknown without any idea of what could happen. But I guess that’s what it’s all about: Taking a risk to hopefully create something the world will enjoy. We were risking our day jobs for something we truly believed in and it worked out for the better. Without that initial risk, TPR wouldn’t be here today.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Technique Painting and Remodeling – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Technique Painting and Remodeling provides commercial and residential services to home owners and/or business owners. Our specialty ranges from a simple bath remodel to a complete home make-over. Anyway that a home can be improved, we do it. This includes room additions, kitchen remodel, cabinetry, electrical, roofing, fencing, flooring, decking, and even building a structure from bottom up.

We are most proud of how happy our customers are after the completion of a project. We strive to meet our clients’ expectations and their happiness is what truly drives us to do what we do.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I enjoy the constant growth of Dallas and the surrounding cities. One thing that I like least would be the crazy traffic.
