Bindu is an Entrepreneur, Certified Life Coach, Writer and Motivational Speaker with over 25 years of experience with Executive Management Consulting, Leadership Coaching, Business Development, Operations Management and Organizational Behavioral Management.
Her background consists of building and coaching executive teams and providing customized solutions within corporate, non- profit and educational settings. She took a specialized interest in Women’s Empowerment initiatives by successfully holding conferences providing women the opportunity to share a platform on emotional growth and well-being. She instilled across the female-led companies the motto “Empowered Women Empower Women”.
She was the Co-Founder and COO of P5 Performance, a medical wellness practice located in Frisco, TX. Bindu has now built her new company, Ignite It, LLC. Ignite It is build by women for women. The company specializes in personal development & coaching for women across the globe from all walks of life. Her passion is to empower women to focus on 360 Wellness – focusing on Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Financial Wellness. She successfully launched a LIVE Webinar entitled “Sharpen Your Career Presence – In 4 Days” May 2020. Bindu currently serves the community with 1:1 Life Coaching specializing in Mindset and Career Coaching. Her goal is to partner with as an many powerful women in the community to build a platform for women to share their personal and professional stories with other women so that it can serve in a beacon of hope for deserved life fulfillment!
Has it been a smooth road?
Similar to other Entrepreneurs, it has not always been a smooth road. My goal of transitioning to a Women’s Empowerment platform meant I would need to take a step back from serving the general public in my capacity as Co-Founder and COO of P5 Performance. My vision to create a company by women for women meant I needed to identify powerful women who shared my vision and is willing to commit to building a new company from the ground up. My challenges were that as I approached women of all backgrounds, they agreed a women-focused company is long overdue, it is not something that they are willing to focus 100% of their time. Finding like-minded female leaders is a challenge. However, after months of meeting women from across the globe, I was able to build a team that was willing to focus on building Ignite It, LLC.

Our focus is building a woman with our 360 Wellness Program. The program focuses on Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Financial Wellness. All four of these pillars help women navigate through life with more confidence and support.
What sets us apart is that our focus is women! There are very few companies that only focus on women! It is a niche market that deserves detailed attention and execution of initiatives.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I am originally from the Northeast (Philadelphia and Boston) Having said that, living in Dallas, Texas has been a rewarding experience for me. The state as a whole has taught me the importance of focusing on family, relationships. Dallas has also allowed me to build my career as an Entrepreneur. Every employer and investor I have dealt with has been very welcoming and open to new ideas and initiatives. It has truly been a blessing!
The only thing I like least about Dallas is that we are not surrounded by any water. A trip to the beach is obviously not an option. Therefore, taking a weekend family or couples trip is limited to just a few places. More reason to plan trips across the states or the world!
