Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Absolutely not, as within any startup company the struggles are finding the right people with likeminded mentalities and having them stick with us through thick and thin. Managing growing pains, the growing of our company in maintaining a high level reputation thus far.

We are a rehab company specializing in distress property for real estate investors, whether they are fixing to rent or fix and flip. We are known for offering exceptional customer service, at affordable investor friendly pricing, a stellar reputation as a contractor. I am most proud of as a company, being able to survive and grown in the real estate market in Texas. We are also proud of surviving the market crash of 2007 2008 and actually coming out stronger. Being the contractor for the 10 homes for Flip or Flop Fort Worth. What sets up apart 18 years in this market, our project managers combined to have more than 150 years of construction experience, a very internal staff that has the desire and drive to facilitate customer service.
