Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon, Heather, and Vicki Thornton.
The original business was started by Brandon’s grandparents in the 1950s. His grandmother was one of the first women in the state of Texas to obtain a license as an Enrolled Agent. They did bookkeeping and tax preparation for clients in the Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Vicki later bought the business when her parents retired. Vicki has held a license as an Enrolled Agent from the IRS for 26 years. Seven years ago, Brandon and Heather began working with Vicki full time. After 35 years of Vicki’s continued dedication and growth, the business was then purchased by Brandon and Heather. As a team, they bring a great mix of knowledge and experience along with new ideas and understanding of integration with new digital technologies.
Has it been a smooth road?
The only challenge we’ve faced, which is a good one, is keeping up with the accelerated growth of our business over the last few years.

It is our goal to provide a personalized experience for each individual who has chosen to do business with us. Being a family owned business, we strive to treat each client like family. We offer a multitude of services which affords our clients time to focus on other areas of business. We take pride in being easily accessible and readily available for our clients, personally answering all calls. We set ourselves apart from others in the industry by working diligently to provide each client with a solution that most benefits each of their unique situations. We refuse to be a cut and paste company that tries to apply a template to every client while shuffling people in and out of our office. Heather and Brandon bring their daughter Lucy to work every day, so our office is very kid friendly.
Clients are welcome to bring their children in with them. We don’t want our clients to have to worry about scheduling childcare just to make an appointment with us.
Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
We’re in a great location for access from both the Dallas and Fort Worth areas. We love the diversity in our city because it allows us the opportunity to work with people in all age groups and backgrounds
We definitely don’t like the traffic that has been caused by all of the new projects, but we are looking forward to their completion.
