I started as a Personal Trainer in 1999. My passion for fitness has always been a positive influence in my life and the career stuck. Over the last 20 years, I worked in most positions of health club management and club corporate management. The natural progression was to open up my own gym. NRich Fitness was created by Personal Trainers so all aspects of the gym layout are designed to get clients/members the very best results. All employees are Personal Trainers including the General Manager and Operations Manager. You have questions and/or need help? All employees can give you educated advice. Customer service, a clean workout room, educated staff, and overall professionalism I believe separates us from our competitors.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Yes and no. I believe when you open up a new business it takes a while to understand your place in the market and the consumer need. We’ve definitely had to adapt to become competitive.

Our design was based on a 3 in 1 concept. We offer quality classes as you would expect from a small group exercise studio, we offer the best personal training you would expect from a personal training studio, and we offer gym access you would expect from a neighborhood gym. We wanted to offer 3x the amenities you would expect from a pricey studio at 1/3 of the cost.
