Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Stewart.

Hi Brittany, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I was on track to become a counselor when mental health struck close to home in a family member and forced me to take a hard look at my career with this new personal responsibility. After graduation, at just 21, I pivoted into real estate — no safety net, just grit. I started as a solo agent, formed a small team, eventually stepped into leadership as the CEO of 300+ agents, and now I’ve built my own powerhouse: Luxe Realty Group. It’s been a wild ride of growth, grit, and building something that lasts — all while navigating life as a busy mom. Let’s just say, I don’t sit still for long.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Smooth? Not even close. This road had potholes, detours, and plenty of “what the heck am I doing?” moments. Starting a business as a young woman meant juggling life, building an empire, keeping deals together and persevering. The great real estate crash of 2007/2008 put several homeowners and agents alike in daunting financial positions. Personally, I’ve worked through heartbreak, burnout, and seasons where chaos was the only constant.

There were months I questioned everything — when deals collapsed, clients vanished, and doubt crept in. But every stumble made me sharper. Tougher. I intentionally stay focused on gratitude and the blessings real estate has able to provide.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I run a real estate team built on hustle, heart, and no fluff. We help people buy, sell, and invest — but more than that, we guide, protect, and level with our clients through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. I specialize in giving upfront real estate advice to drive serious results.

What sets us apart? It’s the way we show up. We’re known for fierce advocacy, sharp market knowledge, and making the process feel less like a headache and more like a win. I’ve built a brand that’s equal parts professional and personal — where people feel seen, heard, and handled.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud that my team reflects real life — we’re working parents, go-getters, and community builders. We don’t just sell homes — we build relationships, we solve problems, and we stay in your corner long after the closing and we have fun while doing it.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Most people see the polished brand, the deals, the leadership — but what they don’t see is that I built this whole thing as an underdog. No rich family, no safety net, no roadmap. Just grit, Google (now ChatGPT), and a whole lot of figuring it,

Also? I’m an introverted extrovert. I can light up a room or a stage when I need to — but give me trashy realty TV, my laptop, and a flight somewhere new, and I’m in heaven. Behind the scenes, I’m a systems nerd who thrives on structure, and a relentless learner always leveling up.

So yeah — I might look like I run on energy and chaos. But there’s strategy behind every move. That’s the surprise
