Brittney, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started Unbutton Trends after I did a Passion and Purpose fast. After completing it, I was able to really pin point my love for thrifting and come up with a business plan that could be profitable for me while at the same time helping others feel good and look good at a very low cost. From all of the long nights and early mornings came Unbutton Trends, an online reconsignment and second-hand store.
Has it been a smooth road?
There have been some challenges along the way but I can appreciate them because they are lessons that are helping me fine tune my skills, my mindset and to make my business stronger.
So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Unbutton Trends story. Tell us more about the business.
We are an online second-hand store with high end and low-end items. I am also a minimalist stylist, I will style you and help you do a closet revamp with statement pieces while saving you money and Mother Earth. We also buy and sell your high-end items.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
The resale market is taking over fashion fast. I believe it will be the way of fashion as we know it today very soon and I’m here to spread the word and help people with their conversion. With that being said I have an event taking place called Cereal Second-Hand Shopping, 6.27.2020. More information will be posted on al social media platforms.
