Millennial Lov3 is the Award-Winning Podcast that brings all things Black millennials to life. It is the brainchild of three millennials balancing their personal and professional lives while remaining humble AF (kinda). Based in Dallas, Texas, we strive to be an outlet for millennials who may feel lost in their current career, who are unable to express their emotions openly, who are uncomfortable discussing their sex lives, or who feel they aren’t doing enough in life right now. And because the rest of the world sees us as selfish, we talk about that too! We are huge advocates of therapy and mental health awareness, self-care, education, increasing our net worth, with a little bit of ratchet and #melaninmagic sprinkled in. We want all millennials to know that wherever they are or whatever they may be dealing with/have dealt with, its ok to be in this exact position in this exact moment, whether you are reading hella novels AND/OR rapping along to Cardi B at the top of your lungs — YOU ARE WHERE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE. After launching in January 2017, Millennial Lov3 has been downloaded over 120,000 times in over 52 countries. Millennial Lov3 recently won the Podcast of the Year Award at the Cosign Magazine Awards in November 2017. Millennial Lov3 has been featured on several blogs, in multiple magazines, and its co-hosts have been guests on several other national podcasts and radio shows.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No road is smooth! But ours has especially been rough. With three strong and independent personalities, sometimes it becomes difficult to compromise. And because we are all on our own path to upward mobility in our professional careers, time management has been extremely difficult on most days. Yet, the rewards are also bountiful, as we have been blessed to receive amazing feedback from my listeners and the Podcast of the Year Award from Cosign Magazine.

We are a podcast that strives to be the voice of Black professional millennials. Every Sunday at 8pm CST, we strive to be an outlet for millennials who may feel lost in their current career, who are unable to express their emotions openly, who are uncomfortable discussing their sex lives, or who feel they aren’t doing enough in life right now. And because the rest of the world sees us as selfish, we talk about that too! Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
We believe the single most important characteristic that has lent itself to our success is our transparency. It makes us relatable to our listeners, and those are the most important people to our podcast.
