It has not been a completely smooth road. One of the first challenges was the language barrier, as the founder is not fluent in English, which made communication with clients, suppliers, and service providers more difficult in the beginning.
Another major challenge was being from another country. As a Brazilian immigrant, building credibility and trust in a new market required extra effort, resilience, and consistency to prove the quality of the work and professionalism of the company.
Marketing was also a significant struggle along the way. Pro Maid Services worked with three different marketing agencies, facing recurring issues with communication, strategy, and results. It was only after finding the right partner, Opti Company, that the business was able to structure its marketing properly and achieve more consistent and sustainable growth.
These challenges shaped the company, strengthened its values, and reinforced its commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
