Today we’d like to introduce you to Casey Gregersen and Michael Thurow.
Inline Investments Owners and Founders both attended High School together at Big Horn High School just outside Sheridan, WY. They grew up playing multiple sports together.
After staying in touch throughout the years, they both ended up moving to Texas and decided to join forces and pursue a great business opportunity; and create Inline Investments.
Casey’s brought his prior real estate experience from his own investments in the Laramie, WY, Billings, MT and Texas markets. Michael brought his current finance and business experience from his current job and his current market knowledge from living and working in the DFW market.
Both owners enjoy the process of finding dilapidated properties, fixing them up and providing an affordable housing option for people looking to rent or buy.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The company is still relatively new and still faces many day to day challenges of building a brand new start-up company.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Inline Investments – what should we know?
Inline Investments is an aggressive, rapidly growing Real Estate start-up company. They predominantly purchase single family, multi-family, and apartment units that are distressed or in need of upgrades. With their great team of contractors, they are able to get these properties fixed up and looking new again for the next tenant or homeowner. Upon completion, properties are predominantly refinanced and held long term as rental properties for passive income. Inline looks to acquire 20+ properties/year using this strategy as well as 5+ flips/year to generate cashflow and capital for the company.
In the past 3 months, they have bought and turned around 4 single family properties and 1 multi-family 4 plex; growing the portfolio from a $130k initial investment to currently holding $1MM in assets. Currently, Inline Investments is developing a Property Management department, which will manage the portfolio property in-house.
Inline Investments, also is looking to provide financing for those who may not have the credit to qualify for a conventional mortgage, especially those looking to fix up their property in the same way we do.
Lastly, Inline Investments is always looking for Investors who are looking for the safest investment around because its backed by high valued property and offers great returns at the same time. We offer fixed rate promissory notes which are guaranteed by the property, as well as, equity options in different investments with great upside on their returns.
What sets us apart is the owner’s personal involvement in the company. We oversee day to day operations. Ultimately, we are investing our own money into this company and its success directly affects our quality of life. So out of passion and necessity, we give everything we have to Inline Investments.
