To make a long story short. When we meet, we both just happen to love fitness. We both had great bodies that we had worked hard for. After we got married, we had so many people asking us to train them that we decided to go and get our trainers certifications. And it 2012, we decided to start our own fitness company and the rest is history. www.teambaileyfitness.com was born.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Anytime you are a business owner it’s going to be ups and downs. Success is going to depend on how bad you want it though.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Team Bailey Fitness (TBF) – what should we know?
Me and my wife Punkin are the owners of Team Bailey Fitness. We specialize in private personal training, personalized meal plans, group fitness, life coaching, and a host of other things. We even have six other trainers who teach various classes throughout the week.
Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
I have had some very influential people that have helped guide us through our journey. God is at the top of our list. Then there is Ade Hazley of V12 Yoga / Rockstar Fitness and Iffbb Pro Dre Dillard. And I can’t forget our TBF Family. Without God and them there would be no us. TBF WE ARE!!!
