Meet Chandler Hunt of Delta Autos

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chandler Hunt.

Hi Chandler , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Chandler Hunt is a Dallas-Fort Worth entrepreneur and U.S. Army National Guard officer known for building and scaling multiple service-focused ventures rooted in leadership, systems, and disciplined execution. His experience spans automotive operations, consulting, technology, and service businesses — all shaped by lessons from both military service and corporate sales leadership.

Chandler’s professional journey began in the corporate world, where he worked in sales and leadership roles with Enterprise Mobility. There, he achieved top performance metrics and earned multiple awards, laying a foundation of strong customer experience, disciplined execution, and team leadership that he carried into entrepreneurship.

Drawing on this background, Chandler launched Delta Autos, a vehicle solutions company based in Fort Worth, Texas. Delta Autos offers car rental services, fleet management support, and vehicle detailing/mobile auto services tailored to meet diverse customer needs across the DFW area.

Delta Autos reflects Chandler’s core business philosophy: prioritize customer service, build reliable operational systems, and adapt to market needs while delivering professional, personalized service. As a veteran-owned business, it brings the same discipline and accountability that Chandler has applied across his broader portfolio.

Alongside Delta Autos, Chandler also leads Sentinel K9, a professional dog training and care business, and offers coaching/advisory services that help other founders sharpen focus, scale operations, and build sustainable growth systems.

Chandler continues to balance his entrepreneurial work with military service and community engagement — constantly learning, improving, and creating value across industries.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The road hasn’t been smooth and it wasn’t meant to be. One of the biggest challenges early on was learning through real-world execution instead of theory. Building businesses from the ground up meant making decisions with incomplete information, managing risk personally, and taking responsibility when things didn’t work as planned.

With Delta Autos, some of the toughest challenges came from capital constraints, operational growing pains, and market volatility. Managing vehicles, maintenance, customer expectations, and cash flow simultaneously required constant adjustment. Scaling services while maintaining reliability and trust wasn’t easy, especially in an industry where margins are tight and problems show up fast.

Another major challenge was time and bandwidth. Balancing entrepreneurship with military service and other ventures forced prioritization and discipline. There were periods of burnout, setbacks, and hard lessons around delegation, systems, and pacing growth sustainably rather than rushing it.

Perhaps the most meaningful struggle was learning when to slow down, reassess, and rebuild systems instead of pushing harder in the wrong direction. Those moments shaped better leadership, stronger processes, and clearer decision-making.

Each obstacle reinforced the same lesson: progress comes from consistency, adaptability, and taking ownership. The challenges didn’t derail the journey they defined it.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Delta Autos is a Fort Worth–based, veteran-owned automotive services company focused on providing reliable, flexible vehicle solutions. We specialize in making transportation and automotive services simple, professional, and dependable for our customers through strong systems, clear communication, and a service-first mindset.

What sets us apart is consistency. In an industry where reliability is often lacking, we prioritize follow-through and customer experience. In our first year of operation, Delta Autos achieved an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau, earned 110+ five-star Google reviews, and received 700+ five-star reviews on Turo, all through organic customer trust and repeat business.

Brand-wise, we are most proud of the reputation we’ve built in a short amount of time. Our growth has been driven by referrals, accountability, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We want readers to know that when they work with Delta Autos, they are choosing a team that values integrity, professionalism, and ownership in every interaction.

What matters most to you?
What matters most to me is legacy and building a small business that lasts, especially in a challenging economic environment. We are living in the easiest time in history to access information, but one of the hardest periods to secure lending, earn trust, and build a real brand amid constant noise and nonstop media.

Because of that, I’m focused on building something rooted in substance, not hype. I care about creating a business with strong fundamentals, real customer relationships, and a reputation that holds up over time. Legacy, to me, means leaving behind a company that stands for integrity, resilience, and value long after trends fade and algorithms change.
