Today we’d like to introduce you to Cheyenne Reeves.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My story starts at the very beginning. My parents had me at a very young age. My mom being 16, I was forced to grow up fast. I think this is the biggest reason I am such an old soul. My friends tell me I’m a 40-year-old woman stuck in a 23-year-olds body, lol! The school was always easy for me. I graduated high school a year early and went on to graduate with my bachelor’s degree in business from Texas State University debt-free by waiting tables and bartending.
My final semester I decided I wanted to move to Dallas and purchase a Home! I saved up enough for a downpayment and was moved into my brand new home in just two months after graduating college at the age of 21! During the process, I was very interested in the process and loved looking at all of the beautiful homes. Then I knew I wanted to get into Real Estate. However, I needed to wait until I settled into the new city. When Covid hit, I took the opportunity the get my license and joined Rogers Healy and Associates. I have been lucky enough to be very successful in my first eight months. I am now in the process of building my second home (which happens to be right next door)!!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has definitely not been a smooth road. Real Estate is so hard. Majority of agents quit within their first year. Generating your own leads and clients, only getting paid when you close on a home, you must be passionate about real estate to succeed. Still to this day, I am grinding every day trying to get my name out there, I know this is only the beginning for me, and I will continue to grow each year and never give up.

I am a Real Estate Agent with Rogers Healy and Associates. I have a passion for buying and selling homes. I am very proud the own two homes at the age of 23! I am very driven, hardworking, and outgoing!
