Meet Chloe Freeman of Plano

Today we’d like to introduce you to Chloe Freeman.

Hi Chloe, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started working the moment I turned 15, and I’ve been working ever since. From the beginning, I knew I wanted to do something that truly helped people. Over the years, I’ve held a wide range of jobs and each one was very different, teaching me something unique. Every role shaped me in its own way, whether it was building resilience, empathy, discipline, or adaptability. Even when I wasn’t sure what was coming next, I stayed committed to growth and kept moving forward. Looking back, every experience was a stepping stone, quietly preparing me for the incredible opportunity I have now, which is to play a meaningful role in helping people on their journey toward healing.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t believe there’s such a thing as a completely smooth road in anyone’s journey. I’ve experienced setbacks, unexpected changes, and challenging work environments that pushed me in ways I never anticipated. There were moments of uncertainty where I had to adapt quickly and keep going even when the path ahead wasn’t clear. Those experiences taught me resilience, self-trust, and the importance of staying grounded through change. I’ve learned that the journey becomes as strong as you decide to be within it, and every challenge carries the opportunity to rise higher.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am the manager of a chiropractic clinic and serve as the first point of connection for our patients. I lead initial consultations, where I sit down with individuals to truly understand what they’re experiencing- physically, emotionally, and in their day-to-day lives. My role is to help uncover the root cause of their pain, guide them through the process, and take diagnostic spinal x-rays that support a clear, personalized care plan. Beyond being the manager, I pride myself on creating a space where people feel heard, supported, and hopeful. What I’m most proud of is being able to bring clarity and comfort to patients during moments when they feel overwhelmed or unsure. What sets me apart is my ability to blend clinical precision with genuine human connection and meeting people where they are to help them feel seen from the very first visit.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is that life can change faster than we expect, which means we can never get too comfortable in any one version of it. I’ve learned the value of being present and appreciating where I am, while also staying aware, adaptable, and prepared for change. Growth has taught me how to live fully in the moment without losing sight of the bigger picture. That balance of gratitude without complacency, and trust without attachment, has shaped the way I move through life with resilience, intention, and confidence in my ability to handle whatever comes next.
