Clinton and Stephanie, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
Our passion for health and wellness sparked a fire for us to open TexasFITT. We wanted a fitness center that provided a comfortable environment for everyone. We converted our home garage at first and quickly outgrew that space.
We opened TexasFITT in December of 2012 on a much larger scale. In 2018, we purchased our own building that is 30,000 sq. ft and offers tons of amenities and services for our ARLINGTON community. We offer state of the art cardio equipment, a wide variety of weights and machines, fitness classes, boot camps, saunas, aqua programs, nutrition and weight loss knowledge and most importantly, space for everything we had been dreaming of to offer our members. We keep workouts fun and exciting by constantly adding new equipment, classes, and most of all, by hiring the BEST personal trainers in the area! We have been married for over ten years and have five beautiful children. We love serving the Arlington community!
TexasFitt is a family owned and operated fitness facility in the heart of Arlington. From humble beginnings starting in the garage of owner Clinton and Stephanie’s home to the 30,000 square foot facility we have the privileged of offering you today. We are passionate about health and wellness and strive to provide every member with a comfortable, community experience. As we’ve grown, we’ve been blessed with the ability to keep our family, community feel while providing more amenities to our members than ever. Since our purchase and renovation of Maverick Athletic Club, we’ve been able to offer new amenities such as racquetball, basketball, saunas, locker rooms, nutrition bar, an outdoor pool and more! We are dedicated to creating an environment that encourages families and individuals of all ages to lead a healthier lifestyle through physical fitness, nutrition, and spiritual and emotional growth.
Furthermore, we don’t just sign you up. Our dedicated team is always available to give your personal attention and guidance with our gym equipment and fitness programs.
TEXASFITT OPENS After years of experience in the fitness industry, Clint and Stephanie Springer open their first gym in the garage of their house. Utilizing the outdoors and the few pieces of equipment they had, they created a successful outdoor bootcamp that went on to become the TexasFitt of today.
MOVIN’ ON UP Six months after starting their home gym, the Springers opened their first location in a shopping center on Bowen and Park row. This small, quaint, family friendly gym quickly became a community and the foundation of our facility.
LET’S DOUBLE IT! One year after the start of our fitness community of Arlington and Pantego locals, TexasFitt outgrew its location and moved right next door to a 20,000 square foot building. We would stay at this location for five years until we had the opportunity to put our aspirations to work and expand!
TEXASFITT PURCHASES THE MAVERICK TexasFitt took a large step forward and purchased and remodeled The Maverick Athletic Club expanding amenities to include: racquetball, basketball, locker rooms, saunas, showers, an outdoor pool and more in a 30,000 square foot facility! This marked a massive step in becoming a wellness center that can continue to offer its clients everything they need to be happy, healthy, and well. We’ve been very blessed to be able to expand to such great lengths while keeping our family oriented, community feel. Thank you to all of our members for helping us grow and allowing us to provide you guys with the best fitness experience in DFW.

We offer personal training; nutrition programs and we are the newest gym in the Arlington area.
