Today we’d like to introduce you to Coach Razz.
Coach, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Briefly, I got into business because I was going through a divorce. When I divorced my ex-husband, he not only divorced me but he divorced the two children we had together. He didn’t visit them, he didn’t spend time with them, and he didn’t provide financial support initially. At that point, I was robbing Peter to pay Paul and struggling financially so I got into multi-level marketing, also known as MLM or network marketing. I was apart of a travel company that had weekly meetings that they wanted us to attend in our area. At this point, I was a single mom and didn’t have anyone to consistently watch my children every week so I came up with the idea to go into Facebook groups and post about my opportunity in those groups. In my first 90 days of being in the travel company I was in at the time, I was promoted three times which was faster than most. At that point, other people on the team and within the company were asking me how I was able to grow my team as quickly as I did in such a short time utilizing social media. At that point, I realized that I knew how to completely utilize social media organically to run and grow a business and at that moment The Single Mom Hustle, Marketing Agency was born.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
There have definitely been obstacles but that’s expected when starting any business. One of the biggest obstacles was learning how to price my services. It was so frustrating but once I determined my target audience, it became really easy. Other obstacles were learning how to balance single parenting with business, learning how to not care if I had support from family and friends, and staying focused just to name a few.
Please tell us about The Single Mom Hustle, Marketing Agency.
My business is an organic marketing company. I specialize in organic marketing on Facebook and Instagram and my company also offer social media management services to businesses and brands, as well as social media marketing coaching, and affiliate marketing opportunities. Basically, all things social media, my company offers it.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over knowing what I know now, I can’t say what I would do differently only because everything I’ve done and experienced has taught me so much about myself, others, and my industry as a whole.
