Today we’d like to introduce you to Courtney Paige.
Hi Courtney, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Absolutely — my story is really about saying “yes” to purpose even when the path didn’t exist yet.
I started out in workforce development and talent strategy, building pipelines, training programs, and opportunities for people who were often overlooked. That work solidified where I find joy: helping people anywhere they are find the skills, courage, and community to step into their next chapter.
But golf — golf surprised me.
What began as a simple hobby quickly became a whole ecosystem of sisterhood, strategy, and soft power. Standing on a driving range one day, I realized that golf wasn’t just a sport… it was a portal. A networking space. A confidence builder. A mirror that shows women exactly how powerful they are when they give themselves permission to take up space.
That spark turned into Fore The Vibes — first a group chat, then a meetup, and now a full-blown women’s golf and lifestyle brand with chapters in Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Accra, and growing. We’re not just talking about swings and putts; we’re talking about access, wellness, style, culture, and the type of community that follows you off the course into your career, relationships, and self-belief.
I’ve spent years designing training programs for Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and cities, but Fore The Vibes became the place where everything I do — community building, leadership development, storytelling, global perspective — finally lived under one roof. And the beautiful part? It grew because women showed up hungry for connection, joy, and a space that felt like them. Not stiff. Not exclusive.
Today, I’m splitting my time between Accra and Dallas, consulting, traveling, and building Fore The Vibes into an urban-professional media platform and membership club. We’re publishing editorial content, hosting clinics and course takeovers, building partnerships, empowering beginners, amplifying women’s stories, and proving that golf can be cool, culturally relevant, and accessible.
So how did I get here?
By following what lights me up. By trusting that community is currency. And by realizing that the most powerful thing you can do is create a space where women feel seen, welcomed, and capable — whether they’re holding a driver, a dream, or both.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Fore The Vibes has been a blessing, but it definitely is not growing in a straight line. I built this community while consulting full-time, relocating across continents, and navigating the realities of being a one-woman engine powering a movement that grew faster than I could financially plan for.
One of the biggest challenges has been sustainability. Fore The Vibes started as passion — pure joy, sisterhood, and community — and I am the main financial sponsor. The events, the travel, the content, the memberships, the merch, the clinics… all fueled by me because I believed in the vision before the revenue caught up.
And while that level of personal investment created something beautiful, it also taught me that passion alone doesn’t scale. At some point you have to grow up a little in business — build systems, structure partnerships, and make the brand financially sustainable so it can stand on its own feet without draining the person leading it. SEND HELP!
Then there’s the global aspect. Living between Dallas and Accra brought its own beautiful chaos. I’ve had to learn new systems, adapt to different business cultures, navigate unexpected hurdles, and still show up gracefully for a growing, multi-city base. Some days it’s empowering; some days it’s exhausting. I have no idea if I am doing it right, I hope so…
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Fore The Vibes is more than a golf group — it’s a culture, a community, and a movement that sits at the intersection of sport, sisterhood, and self-development.
At its core, Fore The Vibes exists to empower women anywhere they are through golf, wellness, community, and confidence-building experiences. We create spaces that feel like a blend of athletic energy, cultural relevance, and “I finally found my people.”
We support beginner-friendly clinics, course takeovers, networking mixers, editorial content, style-forward golf inspiration, and social events that feel like a mix between LIV energy and a girls’ trip with purpose. We’ve expanded across Dallas, Houston, Chicago, and Accra, and we’re just getting started.
What we specialize in is removing the intimidation from golf and replacing it with belonging.
We teach how to walk into male-dominated spaces with confidence. We show how to build networks, how to take up space, how to negotiate careers, how to breathe, how to play, and how to grow.
Our editorial platform is another signature piece — its a culture-forward hub that covers golf, wellness, work, travel, gear, style, humor, and real-life moments from our members. It’s golf, but from a perspective that has never been centered before: young, stylish, global, urban, community-oriented women redefining what the game looks like.
What sets us apart?
We are unapologetically ourselves.
We are culturally relevant.
We laugh loud on the course.
We match sets and drink mocktails.
We talk careers between swings.
We show up as women building soft lives and strong networks at the same time.
Where traditional golf can feel exclusive, stiff, or historical, Fore The Vibes feels modern, warm, approachable, and fun. We make golf accessible without making it boring — more LIV energy, less whispering in khakis.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the community we’ve built.
Fore The Vibes grew because women showed up and kept showing up — bringing friends, sharing stories, joining clinics, engaging with our content, and making the brand feel like home. We’re building an international sisterhood, not just a membership club.
For readers, here’s what I want you to know: If you’ve ever been curious about golf, intimidated by it, or convinced it wasn’t “us” — Fore The Vibes is your entry point.
We offer:
Connections to clinics for true beginners
Multi-city meetups
Course takeovers & social events
Editorial content that feels like culture, not country club
Wellness & confidence-building workshops (soon)
Partnerships and brand collaborations
A growing membership community with perks, mentorship, and global connections
We are here to empower, connect, and elevate women on and off the course. And the best part? You don’t need experience, equipment, or even a confident swing to start. Just a vibe.
What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
The most important quality behind my success is my ability to empower people exactly where they are.
I have built my career on seeing potential before others see it in themselves, meeting individuals at their starting point, and giving them the tools, confidence, and clarity to rise. Whether I’m training teams, supporting emerging talent, or building new systems around workforce development, my strength is creating access — not perfection.
I don’t require people to show up already polished, already knowledgeable, or already confident. I help them get there. That mindset allows me to build trust quickly, design programs that actually work for real people, and create environments where people grow, transform, and sustain success long after the training ends.
Empowerment isn’t just my skill — it’s my operating system.
And it’s the reason people, teams, and organizations achieve results under my direction.
