Today we’d like to introduce you to Courtney Tucker.
Courtney, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I moved to Dallas, TX in 2010. I started exploring the city shortly after and trying new foods all over the city. I have always been a foodie by nature but it wasn’t until recently that I started to receive a request on where to eat around town. I took my love for food to social media with Instagram being my connection to a world of foodies. I have recently decided to travel and try new foods to expand my current platform. I have plans of expanding other minds on foods in different places around the country and in an upcoming podcast.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has certainly not been smooth. I don’t currently get paid for what I do but I do things purely for the love of what I like. No bills get paid from the current business but there are goals to expand and create additional platforms.

LLC_eats is currently a foodie drop in. I proudly go to different restaurants and post the food on Instagram. Living Life Curvy originated from me being a curvy woman living the life I want to live. The name starts with my love for food with LLC_eats and will soon expand to an online boutique for the beautiful curvy shoppers and an upcoming podcast that will encourage people to get out and live their best lives. The life will be encouraged by the food we eat, the attire we wear, and the talk we talk about. Stay tuned…
