Today we’d like to introduce you to Crystal Tolbert.
Crystal, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My Journey started back in June 2012 and I had been a Motivational Speaker for years. During that time, God gave me the vision to start an organization for women that would empower, uplift, celebrate and transition from dreaming to seeing things happen as Reality. My heart was hurting for so many people that have dreams that don’t pursue them I believe a piece of them die daily. For some it causes a depression that could lead to things they rely on that could jeopardize their life. I feel like what God allowed me to create will Allow someone to see that no matter what has happened you can still live your dreams and they don’t have to die. Just like the candy Life Savers are hard but the taste is so rewarding. Walking in your divine purpose can be hard but the end result can be very rewarding. My mission and responsibility is to create a platform to help change the mindset, impact, lead, & prepare Jewels (Women) for their own Legacy or Platform so they can walk in complete Greatness in the Kingdom. I really want, to be able to impact and bring forth what God has placed in them… It is so important to me that women are left with something of real value. I was called to be a Change Agent because I have the gift to make “Dreams reality” for the Kingdom. I just want to be able to touch someone’s life, in a positive way.
Has it been a smooth road?
No, it has not been easy, I actually had to put the vision on pause, due to going through a divorce. Starting over and getting remarried having another child after 12 years OMG and then starting a Church with my Husband.

Walking in Greatness Ministries Faith-based organization that strives to be like no other but God it was created to be an environment where women can learn, develop and mature in all aspects of womanhood. Our desire is to help woman find their value, purpose, joy, independence, and the true meaning of happiness to prepare them for their destiny to fully walk in greatness. I teach and train. For example people who are being laid off and have a desire to be an entrepreneur, etc. My strategy is to call the exit to the platform! I give tools for each step of the process to see success as an entrepreneur. “My exit to the Platform” is simply putting forth the work by writing, preparing researching, etc.
