Today we’d like to introduce you to Dale Mbambi
Hi Dale, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
After buying my first home in 2017, I fell in love with helping individuals like me to start thinking about becoming a home owner. After receiving my MBA, i decided to further my education by getting my license in 2019, I have help many first time home buyers become home owners and increasing their wealth and assets over a number of year. As of September, not only am I a realtor, but also a fully licensed financial advisor. My goal is to be a one stop individual when it comes to personal finance and home buying for my community and those around me.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It has not been a smooth road but having a supportive wife and support system has made the issues minimal whenever they arise. Some of my struggles has been the upkeep of information and the economic ebbs and flows.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
Becoming a realtor was a big accomplishment for me because of the different lives I would be able to impact. As a first time home buyer specialist, I love helping individuals understand the value of buying a home and the amount of wealth that can be created over the years. What sets me apart from others is to be able to complicated issues and topic and turn it into plain english for everyone to understand. Also my vast knowledge in economics and the financial markets allows me to keep my clients for longer than just the end of the transaction to assist them in all things investing.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Ove the vast number of activities to do in Dallas. I hate how congested it has become.
