Today we’d like to introduce you to Dallas Gordon.
Dallas, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve wanted to be an entrepreneur since high school. As a young adult, I started out working in payroll and quickly climbed my way to the top of my career. I remember, looking out the window of my beautiful office with the view and realizing I still wanted more. I still wanted to run my own company. I was pregnant with my now seven-year-old daughter when I retired my job early to go full-time into an e-commerce business I started while working. I failed my way to success, scaled my business very quickly and eventually began teaching others how to start businesses and reach success in the digital space. I now spend most of my time working with and teaching entrepreneurs how to build successful businesses.
Has it been a smooth road?
The road hasn’t been smooth. I remember wanting to give up when I didn’t have enough capital to sustain my business growth. I was depending on household funds to run my business and many times, I wanted to quit. It was also tough in the early stages of my coaching business. I knew I wanted to help people and show up for myself and business, but many times my mindset would get in the way and limiting thoughts would tell me that I wasn’t good enough or people wouldn’t want to hear what I had to say. So it’s taken a lot of mindset and inner work to get to where I am today. Another thing that can be challenging, is running a full-time business while raising three children, running a household and maintaining a healthy marriage. Learning the balance between my business and home life has been tough, but I always ask myself why I started in the first place, and a huge part of my why is my family. So I’m always mindful to make those I love a priority.

I’m a business coach, marketing expert, author and speaker. I help purpose-driven entrepreneurs to master their brand messaging, digital marketing strategy and monetization. I love working with coaches, service providers, corporations and online sellers. I provide coaching services, done-for-you packages and I also have a digital marketing school online for entrepreneurs called the Profit Freedom Tribe Academy & Inner Circle. My vision for the school was to create a safe space for entrepreneurs to network, learn and grow amazing online businesses. I’m really honored to be helping so many business owners build their dreams every single day.
I’ve also just launched a new business, The Dallas Gordon Collection. It’s an online store that provides journals, business workbooks, planners and tools for female entrepreneurs. I’ve authored one book so far, From Pain to Power. Writing and publishing this book was a wonderful experience and I love reading feedback from readers who share their transformations after reading the book. I’d say, out of everything, I’m most proud of the Profit Freedom Tribe Academy. I’m really honored to be apart of the journeys of so many amazing entrepreneurs and love seeing them achieve phenomenal results in their businesses.

I love the food here but I spend much of my time traveling.
