D’Andre, it’s been too long since we last connected. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with our community again. Some readers might have missed our prior conversations, so maybe you can kick things off for us with a quick intro?
My name is D’Andre Moorefield. I am a serial entrepreneur, but my immediate focus is my most recent company, Social Hubb.
Social Hubb is a digital photobooth rental/distribution company. Our products are available for rent and purchase. We provide nationwide activations, which means we will service any area in the United States. We specialize in weddings, receptions, baby showers, birthday parties, quinceaneras, pop up events, open houses. Anywhere where people congregate, we can and will gladly service.
What separates your company from others within the industry?
Social Hubb, LLC has emerged as an industry leader in photobooth technology and entertainment solutions. We pride ourselves in delivering tailored and memorable experiences to our clients. With our established partnerships with nationally based event planners, bar industry establishments, and catering of corporate events, our experience is what establishes our dominance. Our in-house, turn key operation allows us to minimize the cost to our clients and presents us with the unique opportunity to focus on what matters most – creating a customized and memorable solution for your event.
How important is it to cultivate and maintain relationships, not just within business, but within life as well?
Relationship building is easily one of the most important principles you can do within your business and within life. But it’s a secondary principle, only to maintaining relationships. Maintaining a relationship you’ve built, is far more important and conducive to your overall success as a business, and as a person. Think about it, what would the quality of your life look like if you didn’t have any friends? Any family? Created some sort of relationship with someone who truly loved and cared about you? To be frank, it would absolutely suck.
Some keys to understand when cultivating or building a professional relationship, is that all relationships fall within these 3 categories.
People do business with:
– People they like.
– People they think alike.
– People they want to be like.
Now once you create these relationships, focus on these key principles to maintain it:
– Provide as much value as you can.
– Break bread with one another.
– Be genuine, honest, and trustworthy.
– Do things together that have absolutely nothing to do with business. Become actual friends.
– Laugh and create new experiences together.
In your view, how important is perception and how people perceive you?
In my opinion, I believe perception to be one of the hidden secrets or gems most people don’t understand persuades your success and your ability to become successful. That, and influence. But let’s focus on the most important concept of perception. When it comes to how people perceive you, it’s in direct alignment with how you view yourself. Your inward thoughts and beliefs of yourself, are a direct reflection of how people will think and view you, outwardly. If you want to increase your range of perception, it first begins within your own thoughts.
