I first started in the pool safety business 13 years ago working for a company as an assistant to the installation technicians. Shortly after, I started doing the actual installations on my own. Due to my detail oriented work ethic, customers begun referring me to their family and friends. While working as a safety technician, I also pursued my dream of becoming a firefighter. After accomplishing that goal, I decided to open up my own company. Since then, the business has grown considerably. That success is partly attributed to the fact that we provide the best quality materials while maintaining competitive prices. We handle anything from the simplest installations to high profile custom installations. Our team is always more than happy to guide our customs in the right direction by keeping both safety and aesthetics in mind.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
As with most things in life, challenges will always come your way. We have tried to remain positive and concise with our workmanship, which helped with the referral business.
Although, just like many pool related businesses, this is also semi-seasonal.
