We value teamwork and believe in continued education and change when necessary.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The growing pains have been many but building a great business is worth it. Issues we face across the country are advertising, hiring talented people, spreading brand awareness, building email list, lead generation and balancing quality and growth.
Balancing Quality and Growth: This is a tricky one, especially since every situation is different. You’ll see this problem arise in all areas of business; in product development, in marketing and content creation, in hiring, and so on. For example, many business executives will push growth at all costs. But, if you grow your company too quickly, you’ll find yourself having to hire quickly. This can overwhelm your experienced team members because it takes a while to train people. And if you don’t train people well, it can end up backfiring. You can get a bad name quick if you do not get a handle on this.

Much like perseverance, taking risks means being proactive about encountering luck and sticking to it until you get that good fortune you’re hoping for.
Lastly, I find myself praying a lot. The Bible says in Proverbs 18:21, “Death and Life are in the power of the tongue”.
We cannot speak death or negatively while you are trying to build a business. You have got to speak positive words everyday that build you and your staff up.
