Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Noelle White.
Hi Dr. Noelle, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey into chiropractic began with a quiet but powerful moment while riding a horse back home in Upstate New York. At the time, I was on track to become a medical doctor—but something about that path felt out of alignment. I realized I didn’t want to simply treat illness; I wanted to help prevent it. I wanted to support healing from the inside out, and I wanted to work with both people and animals in a way that honored the body’s natural ability to heal.
By that point, I was already deeply rooted in a wellness-based lifestyle. I had earned a Bachelor of Science in Wellness Management and Health Promotion from the State University of New York at Oswego, where I was active on the equestrian team, collegiate women’s softball team and had begun receiving chiropractic care myself. Experiencing the benefits firsthand, I was fascinated—not only by how it helped my own nervous system, but by how much sense it made in the context of animal health and performance. I had seen how much chiropractic care could benefit animals, especially horses, and that reinforced my desire to pursue it professionally.
My life has always revolved around wellness, animals, and service. I was crowned Miss Rodeo New York in 2019 and later served two years as the organization’s president—roles that taught me how to lead, educate, and advocate for what I believe in. I also had the privilege of traveling to other countries to serve communities in need, and those experiences expanded my perspective on what it truly means to show up for others with compassion, humility, and purpose.
Eventually, I followed the call to Dallas, Texas, where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University and completed an additional 215 hours of animal chiropractic training. I became certified through the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA), and over the last two years, I’ve returned to Parker University as part of the animal chiropractic instructor team—helping train the next generation of chiropractors and veterinarians become certified animal chiropractors.
Today, I’m licensed to practice in both Texas and Utah, operating my personal business as Monarch Chiropractic & Wellness also known as: Monarch Animal Chiropractic. In Texas, I serve animals through seasonal care at a central location in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, as well as mobile visits for special cases or large groups. My work is nervous system-based, wellness-focused, and centered on creating meaningful connection—between practitioner, animal, and human to promote and encourage optimal health and function.
Chiropractic isn’t just my profession—it’s a calling that allows me to blend my passion, purpose, and personal values into every aspect of care.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like most meaningful journeys, mine hasn’t been without its challenges. Building a non-traditional practice from the ground up—especially in a niche many people still don’t know exists—has required a deep well of patience, persistence, outreach and and education. There were seasons marked by financial strain, uncertainty, life transitions, long days that stretched into nights, and moments of doubt where I questioned whether I was truly on the right path.
Balancing a business that spans two states, while also working full-time in a family practice in Utah, has added another layer of complexity. It’s a lot to hold—logistically, emotionally, and energetically. In the state of Texas, where veterinary consent is legally required before providing animal chiropractic care, a significant part of my work involves public education and community outreach—both to pet owners, and family veterinarians. Communicating clearly, building trust, and forming professional connections are not just important—they’re foundational to the work I do. My ability to serve animals depends on the strength of these relationships and opens up a beautiful space for a collaborative and integrative approach for our patients health and wellness journeys.
In the hardest moments, I keep choosing to trust the process and above all else, God. I lean into my faith, the unwavering support of my friends, family, and mentors, and the deep love I have for the animals I serve. That combination has kept me grounded—and reminded me time and time again that this work is bigger than me. It’s not just a business. It’s a calling, and I have conviction that I am exactly where I am supposed to be doing exactly what I am supposed to do.
We’ve been impressed with Monarch Animal Chiropractic, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My practice is called Monarch Chiropractic & Wellness, and it’s rooted in the belief that transformation is possible for all species—human and animal alike. Inspired by the monarch butterfly’s journey of metamorphosis, we embrace the potential for positive change and renewal in health and wellness. I specialize in both family and animal chiropractic care, with a primary focus on animals in the state of Texas. My care is nervous system-centered, gentle, and specific—designed to help animals and their owners return to a state of balance and ease, whether they’re a beloved family dog, a high-performing athlete, or a retired roping horse.
While Monarch began as a fully mobile practice, I’m currently transitioning to a more centralized model. I now accept new clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth area every 8–12 weeks at a dedicated location, while continuing to offer mobile services for special cases—such as animals with mobility limitations or appointments involving four or more animals at a time.
What sets Monarch apart is the intentional, individualized approach to care. Nothing is cookie-cutter. I take time to observe, listen, and truly connect with both the animal and their human. My role goes beyond adjusting spines—I help regulate nervous systems, restore function, and educate clients about how their animals’ bodies are communicating and what they need to thrive.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve cultivated with pet owners, veterinarians, and other professionals in the wellness space. Especially in Texas, where veterinary consent is legally required for animal chiropractic, building strong, respectful relationships with Doctors of Veterinary medicine is a central part of what allows me to do my work. I’m grateful to collaborate with so many practitioners who recognize the power of chiropractic as part of a comprehensive care team.
The Monarch butterfly represents what I believe chiropractic can do: facilitate profound transformation from the inside out. It’s why my tagline is “Where transformation begins.” Chiropractic care isn’t just about movement—it’s about potential. I’ve seen it time and time again in both animals and people: lives can completely change when the nervous system is supported and the body is given space to heal.
Clients often tell me, “I didn’t even know this kind of care existed, but now I’ll never go without it.” That’s the kind of impact I strive for—care that transforms, and education that empowers.
Additionally, it’s important for the public to know that in order to legally practice animal chiropractic, a provider must hold a doctorate in chiropractic or veterinary medicine and have completed specialized postgraduate training in animal chiropractic. Unfortunately, there are currently no regulations in many states preventing laypeople from calling themselves animal chiropractors. Please be mindful when seeking care—ask about education, credentials, and certifications to ensure your animal is in the hands of a trained and qualified professional.
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
If you’re in Texas or Utah and are looking for gentle, wellness-centered chiropractic care for your animals, I’d love to connect. You can find me online or on social media to stay updated on upcoming DFW availability and book a session to explore how chiropractic care may benefit you and your pet.
I’m also always open to collaborating with like-minded professionals—whether you’re a holistic practitioner, veterinarian, animal rescue, pet care brand, or equine organization. If you share the mission of whole-being wellness and a more integrative approach to care, I’d be honored to connect.
Whether you’re booking an appointment, referring a friend, or simply spreading the word about animal chiropractic—you’re helping grow awareness of a form of care that truly changes lives. So often, I’m contacted as a “last resort” after everything else has been tried. But chiropractic doesn’t have to be the last step—it can be one of the first. Together, we can shift the conversation from reactive care to proactive wellness. And if you’re just learning about animal chiropractic, sharing this work helps create a future where pets and their people have more options, deeper understanding, and collaborative support to navigate health challenges in a whole new way.
