Today we’d like to introduce you to Dusty Harvard
Hi Dusty, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I grew up in Wyoming. Left to go to college at Oklahoma State University where I played baseball and graduated from. After leaving college I played professional baseball for a few seasons before coming to Texas where I finished my masters degree. Then moved to Fort Worth got involved in baseball training and started building a business with local connections. I have built and grown training programs, teams and personal instruction for all ages in the athletic industry.
I have also started and currently run the Texas operations for a Land and Ranch Agency here in North Texas. As an agent of Great Plains Land Company based out of Oklahoma City. I work with clients to sell anything from small family farms to large tracts of undeveloped land to luxury ranch and recreational properties.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing is ever a smooth road. I have moved my training business three separate times trying to find the perfect match for clientele as well as a true home for the business.
Selling any type of real estate is competitive but especially in Texas!

Working with aspiring athletes of all ages. We give personal baseball instruction, build teams, work to give better opportunities for players looking to improve and do our best to be a community. Most proud of the work that goes into each person that walks through our doors. Attention and the right attitude being placed in a kid or young adults life can go a long way and is much bigger than baseball. We are a small community of coaches, parents and players who know each other on a more personal level. This is not a transaction based organization.
Meeting some of the best people in the world and hoping to help them live their dream out of being a land owner or helping them accomplish their goals to set them up for the coming years whether it is a sale or purchase. We can help in many different ways as land experts and are willing to put in the miles, time on the phone and hours to help each client.
What was your favorite childhood memory?
Looking over during my summer baseball games and seeing my Grandfather and Grandmother sitting in the stands together getting to enjoy the time outside and watching me play.
