Meet Fabiola Marin

Today we’d like to introduce you to Fabiola Marin.

Fabiola, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started to focus on creating a healthy lifestyle to help my son. He was diagnosed with Autism when he was 2 years old. He had some food sensitivity. So, I started to read more books about autism, nutrition and healthy habits to help him every step of the way. However, as many other moms out there I was giving my all to my kids and I wasn’t taking care of myself. I remember skipping meals, not drinking water, having constant headaches, inflammation and I ended up having a few pounds over. At that point, I made the decision to begin a Wellness program that drastically changed not just my life but my family’s life.

I was so passionate about sharing this program with others, then I got my Certification. I wanted to share my experience and my husband’s transformation on social media and the response was mind-blowing. Since there I’ve been able to help hundreds of people. My mission is to help transform lives one healthy habit at a time.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a smooth road. However, challenges are always on the way. I would love to help every single person I encounter because I truly believe this program is life-changing but not every person wants to commit and take their health as a priority. That’s really been a challenge to show people especially the ones that has deal with obesity for a long period, has sugar addictions or medical issues like diabetes, thyroid problems, immune diseases that optimal health is possible for them too.

What do you do, what do you specialize in, what are you known for, etc. What are you most proud of? What sets you apart from others?
I am a Wellness and Health Coach specializing in helping people to change their lives by creating healthy habits for a long-term transformation. I am not a diet coach. I am a Transformation Coach. I focus on my client’s needs and guide them to their goals. It’s part of my job to awaken and empower people to their best selves. On their health journey, clients change the way they fuel their bodies but more importantly, we work on their mindset and the relationship they have with the food.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from my childhood is a family trip we did to Cartagena and Santa Marta. My parents, brothers, my sister and some friends. We had an amazing time! We went to the beach, visited the must-see of the cities and at the of each day we were all together seating near the beach watching the sunset. I LOVE FAMILY TIME!!
