Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
With our retail operations in North America we have had many challenges, one being a new player in this dynamic market just entering in 2009, and focusing on retail and corporate travel. We had to face off with already established veteran travel agencies in the market.
Besides the competition we were also affected by geopolitical scenarios that affected the travel industry in general, the financial markets volatility and fluctuations have also played its role. However, because of our strong background and the decades of experience, financial strength of our parent company we were able to withstand all odds and still be rated as one of the top ten revenue producers in USA by some of the major international airlines

Riya in USA is primarily in retail travel services, we offer a variety of products and services; air tickets, cruises, cruise tours, vacation packages, pilgrimage tours, corporate travel, marine travel, travel insurance and more.
