Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
We started up about 2-3 months ago. We offer premium gourmet beef jerky in 4 delicious flavors.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Alot of taste testing along the way eating some really bad jerky to lock in on finding the perfect flavors. Making sure the food as well as the packaging passes the USDA guidelines.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Both the owners have creative backgrounds. One in media, photography and videography. The other with custom merchandise which is why our branding has come out so well.
Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Just getting outside is proabbly the best advice. Alot of stuff is online these days but nothing beats getting out with the people.
