Today we’d like to introduce you to Gilbert Castillo.
Dr. Christopher Duong earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California Irvine. He then completed his Doctorate of Dentistry Surgery at the University of Pacific with Dr. John Kuan, where they became good friends. Dr. Duong spent his first 3 years after graduation working in California focusing on enhancing his skills in cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Duong then moved to Dallas in 2011 and focused on treating children and their families. Dr. Duong constantly studies and invests in new technology and treatments for his patients. His practice philosophy is to provide the best oral healthcare to his patients in the most comfortable manner possible. Children love his kindness and smile, while their parents and elders value his knowledge in dentistry and his patients. Dr. Duong spends most of his spare time with his friends and family. Dr. Duong also has enjoyed hobbies such as off-roading, fitness and traveling. Dr. John Kuan following his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps,
Dr. John Kuan opened his own office to provide the same caring dental care that he witnessed when he was growing up. As a third-generation dentist, Dr. Kuan knows that importance of a family atmosphere that will allow patients to feel at ease. A graduate of the University Pacific School of Dentistry, Dr. Kuan found his way to Royse City to establish a small town dental practice with up-to-date technology and equipment. Although he is a proud new Texan, he still follows all his San Francisco teams back home. He enjoys working with kids and anxious patients, helping them to maintain good oral health for life.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Anytime you start a business from the ground up it will be a great challenge. In 2012, we knew the only way we were going to grow is by establishing a reputation for more than just another dental office in the DFW. Over the past 5 years we have had to patiently but urgently hire the best staff possible and provide the best training possible in order to establish that. I t hasn’t always been easy but with great leadership in place from Dr. Duong, Dr. Kuan, Gilbert Castillo. Elvia Garcia (Assistant manager), Jessica Gallegos (Public relations leader), and Cindy Gomez (Lead patient coordinator) we have stayed the course!

We are a general dentist practice best known for outstanding community service. We are one of the only dental offices in the DFW area that gives back to the community by donating to churches, sponsoring youth sports programs, sponsoring Lancaster High School sports teams, providing food, snacks, drinks to recreational centers and host quarterly events at our office where we have FREE FOOD, A LIVE DJ, MASSAGES and raffle prizes for the community. Our great community service is what sets us apart on top of our great customer service.
