Hi Ginny Yen, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I moved to the U.S. from Vietnam in 2022, built a life in Texas, got married, and now have the joy of raising a beautiful little girl here.My background is real estate. I was a realtor in Vietnam mainly helping foreign investors to invest in properties there. After taking time off to care for my daughter, I’ve returned to real estate with a renewed passion—this time focusing on helping busy professionals and families relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area. I know firsthand what it’s like to move somewhere completely new, so I strive to make the process smooth, efficient, and welcoming for my clients.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s definitely been a challenging but rewarding journey. When I first arrived in Dallas, I hardly knew anyone outside of my husband’s circle from the Army. Building a professional network from scratch in a new country and new city wasn’t easy. I leaned heavily on social media to build my presence and establish myself as a trusted realtor. It’s been a slow and steady process, but with consistency and intention, I’m starting to see real results. Every connection and every win has been worth it.

I’m a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Ellis County, part of the Go Network- the largest franchise of KW currently. Our brokerage is also the top-performing brokerage in Ellis County — a title we’re proud to hold because it reflects our commitment to excellence, results, and client success.
I specialize in helping professionals relocate to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, particularly to South Dallas suburbs like Midlothian, Waxahachie, and Mansfield. Many of my clients are moving from out of state — places like California or the East Coast — and they’re looking for more space, better schools, and a luxury lifestyle without the overwhelm of big-city chaos.
What sets me apart is the level of care, professionalism, and calm I bring to what is often a stressful transition. I’m known for being patient, detail-oriented, and quietly tenacious — my clients know I don’t just show homes, I guide them through a major life change. My background working with international clients has made me especially strong in understanding diverse needs and delivering a seamless, elevated experience.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the trust I’ve built with busy professionals who value privacy, efficiency, and excellence. My mission is simple: help clients not just find a house, but feel at home — in a city that fits their lifestyle and long-term goals.

Success, to me, means freedom- the freedom to design a life I love. It’s about building a business that allows me to set my own schedule, serve my clients with intention, and still have the flexibility to spend quality time with my family- whether that’s at home or exploring new parts of the world.
