Hi Graceful, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Graceful Gatherings began when Gracie Davis, an Arlington Texas local insurance agent, provided grazing tables for her fellow colleagues at their corporate events. Her sister Victoria Ganey would assist her in these endeavors and encouraged Gracie that the charcuterie tables should be a full time business! Gracie and Victoria quickly recognized the need for charcuterie businesses in the DFW area and made it a priority to get the business running as soon as possible! Thus, Graceful Gatherings was born and is now a beautiful outlet for sisters Gracie and Victoria. We support all types of clients and all of types events. From weddings to bridal or baby showers to corporate events Graceful Gatherings has all of your charcuterie needs covered!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Gracie and Victoria quickly had a beautiful vision for Graceful Gatherings, but did not always have the client’s to support them besides faithful family and friends. After diligent work in the marketing and social media realm, Graceful Gatherings has been successful in expanding business past just family and friends. The sisters both also still have other full time occupations that take heir time, so learning the balance as business owners and full time employees was a challenge at first, but now they have the hang of it!

Graceful Gatherings is proud to be the most affordable and personable charcuterie business in the DFW area. We take time to get to know our clients and their special dietary needs/desires. We are always looking for an opportunity to serve our community. We believe that food can be made into art and can elevate any event into something extremely magical. Not only does Graceful Gatherings provide grazing tables and charcuterie boards we also provide quarterly charcuterie classes as a unique experience for those in the DFW area to enjoy. Wether you are an individual, a bachelorette group, or a corporate group wanting to learn the art of charcuterie we promise this experience will not let you down!
