Meet Jessica Bond of Guitars & Cadillacs in Fort Worth

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jessica Bond.

In 1989, Mr. Bond started w/ construction of his parent’s nightclub Midnight Rodeo in Albuquerque, NM. He was asked to leave his career as a custom home contractor to join the family business. Twenty-eight years later him & his wife Jessica Bond continue to thrive in the high-volume nightclub industry & have plans to continue to grow the business. Their nightclub is open Thursday-Saturday, offering country western dance lessons 2 days a week, exceptional customer service, billiards, games & FUN! Their venue offers personal reservations such as birthdays, anniversaries, divorce parties, shindigs & get togethers. Guitars & Cadillacs is approx. 12,000 sq. feet with a dancefloor that is almost 2500 sq. ft. Jessica the owner/operator says it’s her passion, she loves what she does. Her & her husband make an amazing team as she runs the operational, marketing & promotion side of the business as her husband handles a lot of the behind the scenes tasks. She believes passion, understanding & holding her team to exceptional service have all played a part in their success. Every 4-6 weeks you’ll find a FUN theme night in their venue from…. Luau, Toga, 50’s, 80’s, Disco, to a real country howdown theme party at Guitars & Cadillacs. G&C is the place to be!

Has it been a smooth road?
OMG…. so many struggles along the way from not having proper demographic knowledge, poor decisions, club location & just basic trial by error struggles. We’ve definitely had a “Trail By Fire” introduction to the nightlife industry. But the old saying “what doesn’t kill ya will make you stronger” We’ve lived & we’ve learned and have had a lot of struggles & failures along the way.

So, let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Guitars & Cadillacs, Fort Worth story. Tell us more about the business.
We run a high-volume country bar in Fort Worth… from dancin’ to romacin’. We cater to all of our customers & strive to build our G&C family of clientele. We have so many regulars that we choose to make sure they have that “warm fuzzy” from a personalized sign to specials flowers. What sets us apart is as an owner operator, Jessica operates w/ all hands-on deck she consistently sets an example for all of her staff to see, her goal is for all customers to experience a warm & fuzzy experience along w/ great pricing & top-notch service. We are One TEAM & our employee motto is….”TRY HARDER”

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
People will never stop having FUN & celebrating, we absolutely plan on growing the brand of Guitars & Cadillacs in the state of Texas, we are currently seeking locations to grow our company in Frisco, Plano, Denton & Addison & more. You’ll definitely be seeing more of Guitars & Cadillacs in the future.
