Today we’d like to introduce you to Antar Muhammad.
Antar Muhammad is a sought after trainer, motivational speaker, and author. While working under one of the world’s most influential religious leaders, Bishop TD Jakes, for over 21 years, in both volunteer and full-time employee status, Antar has been able to expand his brand from not only an executive coordinator but a motivational and conference speaker. In 2018 he released a book called HeartCore: Effective Leadership Starts with a Servant’s Heart, which has garnered attention from leaders within the church world to CEOs of major companies! Antar has been featured in several print and online publications, from RollingOut Magazine to Epitome. He has been the featured guest on the Word Network, the top-rated Christian channel for African Americans and the Daystar Channel with has a global reach of over 81 million homes. Antar has been commissioned to speak for various companies regarding leadership training, development, and staff enrichment. Recently, he expanded his training and education by completing The Protocol School of Washington, where he went through extensive training on business etiquette, international protocol, and image training. His day to day tasks in his role are extensive, multi-functional, and ever-changing, but he still finds time to balance his career, calling and caring for his family. With his demanding schedule, you would think he would not have time for any other projects or passions, but in his spare time, he is committed to building a non-profit organization called DadsUnited. Fulfilling the role of dad has been one task that he takes seriously and doing whatever it takes to be present for his children birthed a passion to mentor and encourage other dads in their fatherhood role. This organization was designed to uplift men but also be a blessing to those who may not have a dad present in their lives. 2018 was also the launching of HeartCore Publishing, a company founded by Antar to assist new and inspiring author in their pursuit of fulfilling their publishing dreams. In June 2019, the HeartCore Leadership Podcast was launched, giving the opportunity for the HeartCore brand to be extended even further! Antar resides in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area with his wife Krystal and two daughters, Madison and Elizabeth.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It has not been a smooth road, one of the biggest challenges to help new and inspiring authors and speakers is to believe in themselves and to make the proper investments in their talents/ gifts. Also, to believe in the journey ahead, writing a book, manuscript, or even journal takes a lot of work, focus, and diligence.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
To be honest, I can’t say I would have done anything differently. I realize that sounds a bit cliche, but this journey has aided me to learn some valuable and unforgettable lessons along the way!
