Meet Heather Pettit of Relentless Fitness

Today we’d like to introduce you to Heather Pettit

Hi Heather, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I grew up in a very small town in Southern Indiana with wonderful parents and my younger brother. Coming from a tight-knit family and a close community, I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and helping others early in life. Those small-town roots instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and a genuine care for the people around me.

As I grew older, I discovered my passion for empowering others. Whether it was through health and fitness coaching, where I focus on helping women improve their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, or through my career in real estate, my mission has always been the same: to help people build better lives.

In real estate, I’ve taken those lessons to heart—working tirelessly to help my clients achieve their goals, whether they’re buying their first home, investing, or selling to take their next step. And as a fitness coach, I’m honored to walk alongside women who want to reclaim their health and confidence.

I’ve come a long way from my small-town beginnings, but the values I grew up with continue to guide me in everything I do. Today, I’m passionate about helping others build wealth, health, and confidence, all while keeping faith, discipline, and honesty at the core of my work.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but I’ve learned that growth often comes through challenges. Starting out, I had to overcome a lot of self-doubt and fear of failure. Whether it was stepping into the competitive world of real estate or putting myself out there as an online fitness coach, there were moments when I questioned if I was capable of succeeding.

In real estate, there were tough seasons where I had to work harder than ever to build my business and gain trust in a highly competitive market. Balancing personal life and professional growth was also challenging, especially as I worked to establish my reputation and brand.

In my fitness coaching, I’ve faced struggles connecting with women who have been let down by the fitness industry before. It’s hard to rebuild trust for someone who’s been hurt or disillusioned, but I see it as an opportunity to show them a new way of approaching their health and well-being.

At times, juggling multiple passions and responsibilities felt overwhelming. But through faith, discipline, and perseverance, I’ve learned to navigate the ups and downs. Each struggle taught me valuable lessons about resilience, the power of consistency, and the importance of staying true to my core values.

Looking back, those tough times were essential. They shaped who I am today and gave me the strength to keep pushing forward.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Relentless Fitness?
I run two businesses that are deeply connected to my passion for helping others: my real estate business and my online fitness coaching.

In real estate, I specialize in serving buyers, sellers, and investors in the Dallas, Texas area. I work with a wide variety of properties, including single-family homes, condos, land, farms, and ranches. What sets me apart is my commitment to getting the best possible outcome for every client. I bring honesty, discipline, and an unmatched work ethic to every transaction, always using all the resources at my disposal to ensure my clients feel confident and cared for throughout the process.

As a fitness coach, I focus on empowering busy women who have put their own health on the back burner. I help them reclaim their confidence, improve their overall well-being, and create sustainable fitness and nutrition habits. My approach goes beyond physical health, addressing mental and spiritual well-being as well.

What sets my brand apart in both industries is my dedication to building trust, delivering results, and fostering long-term relationships. In real estate, I’m not just selling houses—I’m helping people build wealth and create the life they’ve dreamed of. In fitness coaching, I’m not just about quick fixes—I’m about helping women transform their lives in ways that last.

I’m most proud that my businesses reflect my core values: faith, honesty, hard work, and a passion for helping others. For your readers, I want them to know that when they choose to work with me, they’re getting someone who truly cares about their success and well-being, whether it’s finding their dream home or taking steps to live a healthier, happier life.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is living a life of faith, integrity, and purpose while making a positive impact on the lives of others. Whether it’s helping a family find their dream home, guiding a mom to reclaim her health and confidence, or simply being a light in someone’s day, I want everything I do to reflect my values.

Faith is at the core of who I am and what I do. It guides my decisions, strengthens me during challenges, and reminds me of the bigger picture—helping others and serving with love. I believe that when we live with intention and align our actions with our values, we not only grow ourselves but also inspire others to do the same.

Helping others is my passion because I’ve seen firsthand the difference it can make. Whether it’s watching a client’s face light up when they close on a home or hearing a coaching client share how much better they feel in their own skin, those moments of transformation remind me why I do what I do.

Ultimately, what matters most to me is leaving a legacy of care, kindness, and impact. Life is short, and I want to use my time here to uplift others, honor God, and stay true to the principles that have shaped me.
