Today we’d like to introduce you to Holly Potts.
Holly Potts was working in a doctor’s office in prosper Texas and was introduced to a new therapy designed to reduce inflammation and pain. Holly had heard about athletes using this new revolutionary treatment and decided to have the family give it a try. Almost immediately we noticed a difference (less aches and pains, more energy and more restful sleep). Shortly thereafter an opportunity to purchase the cryotherapy business presented itself and the family decided to immerse themselves in the health and wellness business.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The cryotherapy business originally resided in a doctor’s office. After acquiring the business, we grew rapidly and needed to find a new (larger space) within the first 6 months of owning/operating the business. We quickly had to find and lease new space and have it built out to accommodate new products and services. It was very difficult and stressful going through the expansion process and hitting our deadlines but by the grace of God it all came together perfectly.
Please tell us about Collin County Cryo.
We are the only medically supervised cryotherapy provider in the north Texas area. In fact, we have a nurse in staff. In addition, we are more then a cryotherapy provider we are a complete health and wellness center offering a variety of products and services to help our customers look and feel their best. Our products and services include: whole body cryotherapy, cryo facials, targeted cryotherapy, massage therapy, normTec compression therapy, hydro massage bed, infrared sauna, sunless tanning, celluma light therapy and cryoessential liquid nutrition.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
I think if we could do it all over we would have leased a larger space and added even more services. Our customer love all of the services we provide but we continue to research and discover new products and services to help our customers, unfortunately we don’t have enough space to add anymore products or services.
We will just consider adding more products and services as we add new locations.
