Today we’d like to introduce you to Jade McNeal.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Well, I introduce myself to you in all the ways I am known and loved.
To my family, I’m Jade, Jadey Pooh, Jade Maria, Jade Nicole.
To my soul tribe, I am Adjoa Jade.
And to you, I am The Frequency Oracle.
I’ve evolved through many childhood passions, art, beauty, education, poetry, literacy, and the unknown. These led me to begin my entrepreneurial journey as a licensed cosmetologist. I actually earned my license while still in high school and coined the term “Cosmic-tologist” to describe the blend of cosmic energy and beauty work I was doing at the time.
From there, I pursued everything that excited me from hair color to hair extensions to waxing, it supporting the woman I was becoming in each season of my life.
As I grew deeper into spiritual and self-development, my lifestyle shifted and naturally, so did my career. That path has led me to where I am now: a full-spectrum holistic practitioner with a heart-centered focus on holistic hair care, womb wellness, birth and end-of-life support. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Herbal Medicine.
I weave herbal medicine into all aspects of my work, honoring each unique individual I serve through a blend of indigenous and traditional African healing systems.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a journey, like that old-school board game Life, where the path you choose comes with its own unique challenges.
Entrepreneurship has always been a passion of mine. I received subtle hints along the way that molded me to see it through. For me, entrepreneurship is a financial pursuit rooted in creating multiple streams of income to support my well-being and that alone can be frustrating. There aren’t always clear examples or consistent support, and often the only people who truly understand are the ones walking this path beside you.
I’m grateful to have had strong examples of business and ownership from the matriarchal side of my family. That foundation encouraged me to find my own way. I try to see the roadblocks not as setbacks, but as opportunities for growth.
The things I desired required me to trust in what I couldn’t yet see, to know that I was taken care of while walking a path I’d never seen anyone take before. And because of that, it required me to do things I’d never done before.
We chose each other, this path and I. And if you know anything about Capricorn placements (my moon), then you know we’re built to endure. I take that part of my life very seriously. I don’t play around when it comes to purpose.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I know the work I do was instilled in me, because I’d do it for free.
I genuinely enjoy and find pleasure in the wealth and health of self and of others.
I have a deep connection to nature and spirituality, and I’ve come to understand that they’re not separate. As I began to explore myself more deeply, everything kept leading me back to my roots, back to ancient practices that remain deeply relevant today.
Through living my truth, I discovered the abundance within my creativity and the importance of cultivating safe, sacred spaces. I support both men and women as they awaken into the medicine carriers they already are—guiding them through their Arushaats (chakras) and kundalini awakenings. I help them uncover their rituals, align with herbs, and discover their spiritual blueprints; ultimately leading them toward fulfillment, purpose, and deeper connection with Source.
In practice, I offer educational workshops on women’s reproductive health and conscious herbal consumption. I create individualized healing plans as a clinical herbalist, supply herbal remedies and supplements to support people on their healing journeys, and provide customized chakra and full-body energy services tailored to each person’s unique energetic needs.
What sets me apart is that this isn’t just a job it’s my aura. Everyone I align with, is divinely picked by source and I am grateful. My work is intuitive, ancestral, and rooted in both wisdom and lived experience. I’m most proud of how I’ve allowed my path to unfold authentically, and how I’ve helped others do the same.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My advice? Learn about you.
Learn about your numerology. Discover the energy of your name. Study your human design and astrological birth chart. Seek a source of power that speaks to your spirit and most importantly, educate yourself on yourself.
That’s the only way you’ll align with and truly fulfill your purpose. Because purpose isn’t a job or a title it’s a way of living. It’s how you show up in the world, how you use your unique energy to contribute to the greater good of humanity simply by being you.
But to do that, you have to “know thyself.” That includes your ancestors, your family, your past, present, and future, your lessons, your wounds, and your wisdom.
Ultimately, tune into your soul’s mission not the one the world expects of you, but the one that exists between you and God. That’s where the truth lives.
