For years, I followed the formula for success — high-achieving corporate jobs, big titles, great income. On paper, everything looked amazing. But inside? I felt empty. I kept wondering, ‘Is this really it?’
I finally walked away from that life and started my own business. But instead of freedom, I ran straight into burnout. I was trying to do it all — the marketing, the selling, the content — and losing the joy I was chasing to begin with.
My breakthrough came when someone reminded me that 540 is the energetic frequency of JOY. And in that moment, I realized: joy isn’t the reward. It’s the strategy.
That’s when I created the Triple M System — Marketing, Mindset, and Manifesting — and rebuilt everything in my business from that frequency. Today, I help purpose-driven coaches and consultants attract premium clients by aligning their message with who they really are — not who they think they have to be.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No it was bumpy! Here are a few examples: The Outer Success Story–Years ago, I had what most people dream of. I was working in corporate healthcare, managing major national accounts, winning performance awards, and earning a great salary. Then I leveled up even further — I joined one of the biggest companies in the industry. From the outside, I was killing it. But inside… I felt numb. I kept asking myself, ‘Is this it?’I was respected, paid well, and completely unfulfilled.
The Inner Breakdown–At one point, I was sitting in my apartment, staring at a bonus check — and feeling nothing. Later, that emptiness turned into stress, anxiety, even depression. I looked successful, but I was exhausted, disconnected, and honestly, afraid to admit how out of alignment I felt. I kept chasing better jobs, better titles, more money — hoping one of them would finally make me feel whole. But nothing worked — because I was building from the outside in.
