Meet Jamare’ Baity of Just Doing Business LLC

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jamare’ Baity.

Hi Jamare’, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Just Doing Business: A Story of Resilience

Ever since childhood, I’ve carried the same dream. Whenever my mother asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, my answer was always the same: “I want to work for myself.” That desire to build my own lane became the fuel behind my journey—and the reason I created Just Doing Business LLC.

The name carries its own story. Years ago, a phrase stuck with me: Just Doing Business. It was simple, resilient, and direct. What started as just words became my philosophy: action over excuses, results over talk.

My entrepreneurial journey started with my first real test: navigating a bureaucratic system. Support payments connected to my mother’s status as a disabled veteran weren’t coming through, so I learned how to file an appeal. Winning that case taught me a foundational lesson in persistence and gave me the $9,700 that became my launchpad to start my business in 2010.

I quickly hit a roadblock when I learned notary work in New Mexico was capped at $5 per signature. That challenge forced me to expand. My first mentor, attorney Thomas Benson, introduced me to fingerprinting, tax prep, and signing agent work—planting the seeds for what would come next.

The road wasn’t smooth. In 2013, I faced legal troubles and served five years’ probation. I don’t hide from that chapter; it forced me to mature. When probation ended in 2019, I rebuilt with a clearer vision. My past isn’t my anchor—it’s my engine. That new focus led me to become an ordained minister and even campaign for independent presidential candidate Jade Simmons, as I was determined to use my freedom constructively.

In 2023, I moved to Texas for a fresh start. Soon after, tragedy struck when my 10-year-old niece, who was like a daughter to me, was killed in a car accident. The grief nearly broke me. I poured it into purpose, operating my business from my mother’s garage. The daily grind of “Just Doing Business” became my lifeline.

From that garage, I became a licensed realtor and eventually secured an office in Arlington’s historic Choctaw Stadium. I’ve channeled my resilience into a suite of services designed to solve problems—from real estate and tax preparation to fingerprinting and FBI background checks. Every client gets the same promise: integrity, accuracy, and the relentless focus of someone who has overcome the odds to get the job done.

What makes me different is simple: I’m self-taught, self-driven, and “Always Calculating Everything.” From navigating that first appeal to losing everything and rebuilding stronger in Texas, my story is proof that you can take life’s hardest blows, flip them, and build something greater. Today, Just Doing Business isn’t just my company—it’s my mission to serve, inspire, and create opportunity while honoring the memory of my niece.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Has it been a smooth road? Definitely not. My path has been defined by its challenges. I’ve had to learn how to launch a company with limited resources, navigate the justice system and rebuild after probation, and face the kind of profound personal loss that tests your will to continue.

But every obstacle, from starting in my mother’s garage to overcoming legal troubles, has been a lesson in persistence. Those experiences taught me how to adapt and find a way forward when there doesn’t seem to be one. They are the reason I run my business today with a deep understanding that no matter the challenge, there’s always a path to a solution if you stay focused and do the work.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
About Just Doing Business LLC
Just Doing Business LLC is more than a company; it’s a testament to resilience. Our brand is built on a foundation of real-world grit and the unwavering belief that you can build a better future, no matter your past.

What truly sets us apart is the story behind our services. As a self-taught entrepreneur and a formerly incarcerated person, I rebuilt my life and this business from scratch. That journey has instilled a level of determination and creative problem-solving that I bring to every client. My past isn’t a footnote; it’s the fuel behind our promise to get the job done right.

We provide a suite of essential services for individuals and businesses in the Arlington area:

Real Estate Services to help clients navigate the Texas property market.

Tax Preparation for individuals and small businesses.

Notary, Fingerprinting & Background Checks for employment, licensing, and security.

Brand-wise, I am most proud of what Just Doing Business represents. After losing my 10-year-old niece in a tragic accident, the business became my reason to keep going. Today, it serves as a way to honor her memory by taking life’s hardest hits and building something stronger from the pieces.

Proudly based in Texas, Just Doing Business is a company with an incredible amount of heart and hustle. When you work with us from our office in Arlington’s historic Choctaw Stadium, you’re getting more than a service—you’re supporting a business that stands for second chances, relentless hard work, and the power of entrepreneurship to transform a life.

Any big plans?
My focus for the future is threefold: growing my roots here in Texas, driving innovation, and building with purpose.

First, I’m committed to deepening my community ties. Now that my office is established in Arlington’s historic Choctaw Stadium, I’m focused on growing my client base for real estate, tax preparation, and other professional services, establishing Just Doing Business LLC as a trusted local resource.

Innovation is also a top priority. As a self-taught entrepreneur, I’m always looking for the next step. That focus recently led me to partner with three other individuals here in Texas to start a new AI business. I’m thrilled to be part of the group and excited to see what we build together as we stay ahead of the curve.

Finally, everything I do is driven by purpose. I’m committed to finishing my associate’s degree, because for me, unfinished business isn’t an option. More importantly, every goal is a way to honor my late niece’s memory by proving that dedication and hard work can overcome any obstacle. That’s the legacy I’m focused on creating.
