Today we’d like to introduce you to Jane Townsend & Johanna Sanchez.
Hi Jane & Johanna, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We were both on different paths and didn’t even know each other when we started our growth journeys, but our stories are similar. We were burnt out, tired, cranky, snapping at our kids, losing our relationships with our husbands, and chasing money…
Thinking our worth was tied to what we earned and not to the impact we were able to make. Working all hours of the day and leaving no time for personal growth or individual development. Essentially, self-care in any form was non-existent.
After expressing how we were feeling to our coaches, we were both led down a path to have more fun. Jane’s coach told her to literally go out and have fun and follow the “hell yes,” and Johanna’s coach told her to schedule ten hours of fun that week. We both thought it was ridiculous but listened to what we were told to do.
And the results speak for themselves. We started creating happy memories with our kids, building better relationships with our husbands, and making more money in our businesses without adding extra hours to our workload.
Then we met each other and started talking about our journeys. We realized that we had both been searching for a community that offered added support that did ‘t just talk about fluff but dove into real life and business struggles. And provided a solution to those struggles!
That’s when we decided to create that community ourselves.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest struggle for us was leaning into the leadership role and accepting that we are the catalyst for impact and not just supporting clients on the backend.

We know a thing or two about uncomfortable growth after starting and scaling our own service-based businesses. And are now on a mission to remind women that fun is a requirement, NOT a reward.
