So I went for it. I started small, hand-picking every single pair myself, learning the business on the fly, and popping up at local events where people would try on a pair and instantly say,

It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Honestly, the hardest part hasn’t even been building Funky Fly Frames—it’s been trying to grow it while juggling a demanding corporate career. My full-time job comes with constant obstacles, tight deadlines, and decisions that carry real weight. Trying to balance that with the passion I have for my brand has tested my time, my patience, and even my confidence some days.
But truthfully, those same challenges are what pushed me to create Funky Fly Frames in the first place. It became my escape, my creative outlet, and the reminder that I’m capable of building something that’s mine. Something that speaks to who I am—not just what I do for a living.
So no, the journey hasn’t been easy. But every late night, every tough day at work, every moment of doubt has shaped my hustle, sharpened my vision, and made me even more determined.
