Meet Jeanille Rockett of JNREMU Business Solutions & JNREMU Enterprises

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeanille Rockett.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am originally from New Orleans, LA. I moved to Texas in 2005 after Hurricane Katrina with my family and the clothes on our backs. I stayed in Texas to complete grade school and college. I attended The University of Texas at Arlington and graduated in 2013. I have always loved mentoring and coaching others and usually took on this role in my career, helping several associates elevate to the next level within the company I worked for at different times. When I started my short-term rental business, I became a mentor, which ignited my passion. It encouraged me to start my own coaching business, JNREMU Business Solutions, also known as Coach Rocky’s Business & Brand School.
I am here today because of family. Family has played an enormous role in my success without their support and unyielding belief in me. I would have never had the courage to pursue my dreams. My family is not traditional because it consists of blood-related and non-blood-related relatives. These are the people who help to keep me strong no matter what I do.
I have a personal motto: I have been through 100 challenges or failures, but 101 successes and comebacks.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a reasonably smooth road?
Being an entrepreneur has been rough and challenging some days!
Three years ago, I started my first business, which failed miserably. I have the tax bill to prove it. I learned a lot about what it takes to run a business successfully and avoid costly mistakes. The lesson taught me a few things that I like to summarize with five words: mentor, structure, strategy, growth, and scale. I knew the second time around that I needed a mentor to help me fast-track my success, so I invested in myself to make that happen. My mentor helped me develop a structure and foundation for my next business venture. I identified mistakes from my previous business and what I needed to do to overcome those same problems. Through strategy on keeping clients happy and keeping the company profitable, we grew and hired. This allowed me to scale to different levels and make money in other ways. I look at challenges differently these days because I embrace them and welcome them into my realm of energy. I am a firm believer that what is for me is for me and only me.

We’ve been impressed with JNREMU Business Solutions & JNREMU Enterprises, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
JNREMU Enterprises has two branches: JNREMU Properties & Mr. Fynes Cleaning & Home Services. JNREMU Properties is my short-term rental business. I use rental arbitrage to offer short-term housing solutions to nurses, traveling business professionals, and other individuals who need temporary stays. We are planning to expand in 2-3 additional states this year. Mr. Fynes Cleaning & Home Services started as a residential cleaning company but converted to a commercial cleaning company for 2022. We will fully relaunch in March 2022, and I am excited about this. I also own several e-commerce businesses. My short-term rental mentorship is currently accepting new clients who want to get involved in the industry and use platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
JNREMU Business Solutions is my coaching business where I teach minority women how to gain clarity on starting, growing, and scaling their business to elevate their mindset, business, and bank account. I help them skyrocket their potential to 6 figures by focusing on the business’s branding. I am the Business & Brand coach. I work with other individuals, but my focus is minority women because I noticed during the pandemic that we decided to leave corporate America and start our own business. The problem is that we focus on all the pretty parts of the company but not the foundation. I focus on helping them build the foundation and do the cute stuff later. I am known for content creation, and my outgoing personality allows me to connect with all personality types. I am also a minority woman who overcame generational financial trauma and created my legacy. I know what it is like to grow up poor, struggle, not have clothes and necessities such as water, lights, and sometimes food growing up. I have struggled as a single parent and overcame so much. I am resilient, and through that resilience, I am empowering women to overcome their struggles to start, grow, and scale successful businesses. We currently offer one-on-one and group coaching services focused on creating a successful business structure and brand. Additionally, we teach companies how to speak to their audiences online via content marketing.

What’s next?
My plan for the future is to have several successful businesses that create a legacy for my daughter. I do not want to give her material things when life ends for me but provide her with companies and properties. I am a first-generation entrepreneur, and she will be the second.
In 2022, I plan to help 100 women and men start, grow, and scale their businesses to create legacies as well. Proper business structure and understanding how to keep the company profitable will help them sustain and build that legacy.
Through my business, I plan to host quarterly events to help minority business owners receive the necessary resources to be successful, so I am currently working on the structure for the second quarter of 2022.
I am also creating a financial literacy book line for kids. We released the first book in December. My goal is to provide my daughter, godchildren, nieces, and nephews the gift that keeps on giving: a digital product that earns them money.
There is so much to look forward to this year that it’s hard to get into details, but this will be a groundbreaking year for me, my family, my business, and the community.
