Today we’d like to introduce you to Jennifer Rydlinski.
Jennifer, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
The work that I do is something that came naturally to me. In learning, it has felt more like I’m remembering something that I had already known versus learning something new for the very first time. I had been curious & working with medicinal herbs and oils since I was a kid. I remember my mom always telling me that I remind her of her mother. Her mother (my grandmother) practiced with Earth medicine, she always said that for every ailment on Earth, there is a plant on Earth that can cure it.
After high school I went on to massage therapy school where I had been drawn into the art of healing with hands. This too felt so natural to me, the flow of the technique, helping others feel better, overall feelings of well-being both as a practitioner and client. It was great! After I received my license in massage therapy, I began my practice as a mobile therapist obtaining my DBA as Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork by Jennifer. I drove all over the place working with people, it was fun & quite an adventure which anyone that knows me knows that I Love adventure! I became so busy in this work that I had no time to take on any new clients because of my drive time. A nice little room in an office building was offered to me for rent, it seemed to happen in perfect timing and just the right amount that I could afford. This gave me the ability to help more people since I had gotten rid of my drive time.
I used my income from my work to feed my curiosity in furthering my studies into more aspects of the healing arts. I began studying Reiki healing eventually becoming a certified Reiki Master Teacher. I studied in Aromatherapy techniques to bolster my hands-on work. I completed full courses in Ashiatsu to help me with those who needed the deepest pressure bodywork. a very special time for me was when I began learning CranioSacral Therapy. I remember my very first CranioSacral class, we were taught a bit of technique and then began to apply it. As soon as I put my hands on my client to practice this technique, I felt as though my whole self-sunk into the Earth, with this was a deep feeling in my soul, a deep knowing that this was where I belonged. I will never forget that moment. Since those days, I have gone on through several CranioSacral courses, including infant & pediatric courses, somato-emotional release, working with chronic depletion, advanced craniosacral therapy, and more. I’ve also since been invited to work alongside some of my mentors in this field as their teaching assistant which has been such a great honor.
Weaving into these days of working hands on and learning, I found myself in my office space again with more clients than I could handle. So, I hired a therapist and taught her techniques to help her grow and this way we could together help even more people heal! With this I decided to buy my LLC and named my business Wholistic Body Solutions to blanket all of the healing techniques that we may end up expanding into later on. We needed to expand into a second room in the same office building and bring on more therapists. Just before outgrowing those two rooms, I found myself with 3 massage therapists and an office manager helping me in my vision. We had to move into a bigger building down the road which we are still in today.
My career has expanded from not only working hands on with people, to actually teaching healing classes to the public. I feel that we are all healers, we all have this capacity, I feel great honor in being of service to help people grow into and see this potential. The work that I do is fueled by love & passion from my heart. I love what I do, and I do feel that I carry my grandmother with me in this always. I’m very grateful for these gifts I have been given and I intend to continue to learn, grow, and use them with integrity, humility, and grace. Wholistic Body Solutions has been in business now for almost 5 years and we continue to expand in our studies, work, and our community, with love always.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It is quite a bit of work to get things moving, but I have found that as long as I let go of things in my life that are not serving my highest good (which isn’t always the easiest task), the road is smoother. In my career journey so far, I have felt pretty well in line with my higher purpose and intuition.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Wholistic Body Solutions – what should we know?
We believe in the body as one whole piece, that everything inside our body and being is connected. When one part of us is out of alignment, it can create imbalance elsewhere in us. At Wholistic Body Solutions we practice listening to the body with our sense of touch and through the utilization of advanced bodywork techniques, we can help to restore balance, eliminate pain, and find peace of mind. We work with all populations from infants to the elderly, we even practice animal healing! We are best known for our high vibration healing energy & positive atmosphere that you’re able to feel as you walk into our space. The most popular specialty work that we provide is CranioSacral Therapy which is a unique style of healing that works with the body’s inner wisdom to release restrictions throughout the central nervous system & all other systems of the body, promoting the body’s innate ability to self-correct. We also provide many types of other therapeutic bodyworks including, Swedish Massage, Reiki Healing, Ashiatsu, Prenatal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Trigger point Therapy, Raindrop Technique, Aromatherapies, Reflexology, and more!
Some classes that we offer to the public are Reiki healing certification courses all levels through Master, various types of meditation classes, and we are now expanding into working with more children’s classes like mindfulness for kids, compassionate hands, kids reiki, nutrition, and more! Our goal is to help people heal yes, but also promote self-realization to those that are looking for help to see that they hold this amazing capacity and power to heal within themselves.

My Hero is John Upledger. Doctor of Osteopathy, and founder of CranioSacral Therapy. Through following his life’s work and teachings, I have been deeply inspired to keep digging, learning, and expanding.
I have to also give credit to my family for supporting me through thick and thin, my further ancestors and all who share and helped create this existence.
I have many mentors. I consider all of my client’s mentors because I learn from them in every session. I am very grateful for them all. All of the teachers of the classes I’ve attended through the years, I keep in touch with some of them and continue to work with them as my mentor. My children, I have 3, they teach me every day too. There is something very special about the wisdom of children, they’re so much fun and such a great reminder to find fun in everything and see the potential in everything without judgement. And to my husband for challenging me.
Everyone who works with me, Wholistic Body Solutions would not be possible if I didn’t have their unique talents to help this business thrive. My extremely awesome brother who doubles as our General Manager, he organizes, keeps us all in alignment together, and helps educate the community and clientele.
Maybe most of all I’d have to give credit to the Universe for creating possibility.
