So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I became a student of human behavior in the workplace. It was early in my career when I realized results are 100% tied to the quality, skills, and knowledge of the team. I became obsessed with learning about team dynamics and how to manage high performing teams.
During my last several years in the “corporate” world, I directed an International HR team. The opportunity allowed me to broaden my experience by working with individuals from different countries.
Learning to work in multiple languages and cultures helped me expand my skills, but at the same time, the experience demonstrated the need for and the many benefits of professional executive coaching.
Executives can struggle to manage a clear vision on the best of days — compound it with multiple languages, cultures, and time zones, and it really gets tricky.
I’ll never forget the moment when the light bulb went off in my head. I was in Hong Kong in a meeting. I instantly knew I needed to leave my job and focus 100% of my time on helping executives create amazing teams and business results.
Today, I get to do what I love every day. I help fast-growing businesses create fast-growing teams. We do this through our assessment business OAD, leadership academies, and professional development coaching.
Our success has been built on our commitment to our clients’ performance. We are completely invested in their success.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Owning your own business is never easy. Every business owner has their own personal struggles. One of my best business decisions was to hire a business coach. Working with my coach allows me to have the space to work through the “head trash” that holds so many people back from building a successful business.

We help fast-growing organizations build fast-growing teams. So often, fast-growing companies put 100% of their focus on the “widget” and before they know it, the company has outgrown the skills of the people.

None of these options will build a successful business, and eventually, the business will start to decline.
