Hi Jodi, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello I am Owner/CEO of Jodi’s Dream Physiques llc. I’ve been Body Sculpting for 6 years. I knew I wanted to provide a beauty service of some sort. I saw lashes back in 2014 and wanted to pursue that but I did not want to go to school even though I wish did but I pulled away from it and continued to work my 9-5 but i wasnt satisfied i didnt want to retire doing customer service over the phone. I saw my good friend and hair lady doing body Sculpting services and It immediately sparked my interest. I started the services and saw what it did for me and knew that I wanted to share this experience with other ladies. I wanted to let them know you can make changes without going under the knife. I want to help ladies start their health and wealth journey, boost confidence and look good. I’ve added on services such as yoni steams, Needle- less lip fillers, and needle- less bbl injections as now i have more beauty services to offer my clients. Not only will they feel good but they will look good.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Everyday in business isnt rainbows and roses but its worth it. Being uncertain and having slow days or even weeks maybe but its apart of it. I remember I thought i was ready to expand and grow and moved to a bigger location closer to my home and let me tell you if it sounds to good to be true then it normally is. I got a call the week before black friday from the girl who rented out the suite from the landlord, that we needed to get out things out immediately. I was crushed and I was lost. But I loved my business and had a vision for it that wouldn’t stop there. I was able to move and welcome more clients at my new place. I’ve experienced and had to learn how to properly launch and market my services and products so they can sell and reach new potential clients. You must remember to always be a teacher. Never stop learning. The beauty industry is growing, marketing is changing and promotions always change, you must keep up and grow with the trends.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am Body contouring tech, I offer non invasive services to help clients loose unwanted fat and inches, tone and remove cellulite or provide natural enhancement. As you’ve seen over the years women are taking a big part in how they want their bodies to look. Brazilian buttlifts are huge and I want to help and reach clients who want to achieve the bbl look without downtime time or going under the knife. Cosmetic surgery isnt the only way to go, let me show you.
I offered yoni steams and have yoni products to educate women’s health. Women go through so much as far as fibroids, cramps, fertility issues and feel like their options or help is limited. I still have women today ask me how the yoni steam works and thank me later for how they feel.
Im most proud of being able to promote and help women boost their confidence. Confidence plays a apart of how we complete goals and live our lives. Think about it, when you know that your looking good it automatically makes you feel good. You can perform good, your attitude is better. Your thoughts and how you are as a whole is at its best.
What sets me apart is that I am my own client. I perform the services on myself, I work out and take my own advice that I give to my clients. Its a must
Who else deserves credit in your story?
Yes, big shout out to my family. Before I got clients I used to go to my families houses and practice on them. Im always thankful for that help. My aunt Cynthia Johnson who was a former massage therapist helped get the business off the ground by showing me how to propey run it, how to properly schedule really understand the business side. We would meet at 6 am 3 times a week to make sure everything was running good. I want to thank my teacher Lakuitta Skyler for teaching me this class. I told her how much I loved my results and finally took a leap of faith and took the training course and she still even promotes today. The list can go on of how much encouragement, applause and motivation my close friends and family gives me. I love you all.
