Jonathan and Va’Jeanne, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
While living in Georgia, my husband and I always wanted to open an Indoor Playground. When we relocated to Keller we noticed it was very family oriented and family friendly. While searching for a unique venue in the surrounding area to have our daughter’s birthday party we saw there was a need for something fun and unique. That’s when my husband and I took our idea of opening an Indoor Playground and made a reality in the Keller North Fort Worth area.
Over the last year we have had a phenomenal ride seeing the smiles on kids’ faces as they celebrate their birthday or just coming in for open play. To date we have never had a child complain about having or attending an Epic Birthday Bash at InnerActive Playhouse! We owe a lot of our success to our wonderful staff and the various Mom Groups, PTAs, Daycares, Home Schools, Social Media, Bloggers, word of mouth, etc…

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
While the road to success in any business is not easy, we have definitely faced some challenges. One of the struggles that we face as a new business is making people aware of a new and exciting indoor playground in their area.
Please tell us about InnerActive Playhouse.
InnerActive Playhouse is an Indoor Kids’ Playground that specializes in the most memorable kids’ birthday parties with 3 party rooms available for booking as well as open play 7 days a week for crawlers up to age 10. It’s a 5,000 square foot indoor playground designed specifically to keep your children happy for hours. We have a three level indoor play structure (covering 2,600 square feet) that has a variety of activities for your kids to enjoy such as: a giant 3 person wave slide, obstacle courses, web net bridges, etc…and the list goes on. And if that wasn’t enough we have soft play rides like a spinning palm. These are super soft safe rides your kids have never seen and will never forget!
We have a special sectioned off toddler area with soft play rides specifically designed for them; such as a slide, ball pit, building blocks, spring riders and much more! The area is isolated quite nicely so older kids aren’t getting in the way of your small infant/toddler as they crawl and explore. Moms and dads can enjoy their toddlers play in a fun, clean and safe environment.
We are most proud of the partnerships that we have built over the past year with Mom Groups, PTAs, Daycares, Home Schools, Social Media, Bloggers, etc…
