Meet Jordan Collins of Prosper/Celina

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jordan Collins.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My path into real estate was shaped by a lot of moving—literally. During my husband’s eight-year NFL career, our family relocated multiple times, often on short notice. Each move gave me a firsthand look at how emotional, stressful, and important the home-buying and selling process can be, especially when timing, family needs, and big life changes are involved.

Those experiences sparked my interest in real estate. I saw how much of a difference it makes when you have someone in your corner who truly understands what you’re going through and takes the time to guide you with care and clarity. When we eventually put roots down in North Texas, pursuing real estate felt like a natural next step.

Today, I specialize in helping families buy and sell homes in Prosper, Frisco, Celina, and the surrounding areas, with a strong focus on relocations. I’m passionate about educating my clients, building trust, and making sure they feel confident and supported every step of the way. Joining LSW + Everhart has been an exciting chapter for me, and I’m grateful to be part of a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and genuinely putting people first.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like most people in real estate, I’ve had to learn a lot by doing. Early on, there were moments of uncertainty, building confidence, figuring out systems, and learning how to stand out in a crowded market. At the same time, I was balancing motherhood, which brings its own set of priorities, responsibilities, and constant juggling.

Being a mom has actually shaped the way I work in the best way. It’s taught me patience, flexibility, and how important clear communication and trust really are. I understand firsthand how much timing, school zones, routines, and lifestyle matter when families are making housing decisions. I’ve lived that balance, and it allows me to relate to my clients on a deeper level.

One of the biggest challenges has been trusting the process and not comparing my journey to anyone else’s. Over time, those challenges helped me find my voice and define how I want to serve — with intention, education, and genuine care. The struggles have shaped how I show up today and made me a more grounded, empathetic agent.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
At the core of my work, I help people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with clarity and confidence. I specialize in residential real estate in Prosper, Frisco, Celina, and the surrounding North Dallas suburbs, with a focus on families and relocations — especially those coming from out of state who need guidance beyond just the transaction.

I’m proud to be part of LSW + Everhart Real Estate Group, where teamwork is everything. Our team approach means my clients get the combined experience, resources, and support of a group that genuinely has their back, not just me as an individual.

I’m known for being patient, educational, and highly communicative — taking the time to answer all questions (even the “small” ones) and helping clients feel confident every step of the way. What I’m most proud of is the trust my clients place in me and my team. Many relationships don’t end at the closing table, and that means everything to us.

What sets us apart is our team-first approach, our commitment to integrity, and our ability to guide families through big transitions with care and clarity. We’re not just helping people buy or sell a house — we’re helping them move forward in life, with the confidence that someone is in their corner every step of the way.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I’d just say that real estate is about so much more than transactions — it’s about people, families, and life moments. Every client has a story, and getting to be part of that journey is an absolute privilege. I’m passionate about helping people feel confident in their decisions, and I love being a resource they can trust, whether they’re local or moving from out of state.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, a mom, and someone who’s learned that patience, flexibility, and a little humor go a long way. When you work with me and my team, you’re not just getting a team of Realtors — you’re getting a group of women who genuinely care and will be in your corner every step of the way.
